What does the 45-second countdown mean?
When the dehumidifier is turned off, it will automatically start a 45-second countdown before shutting down completely. This helps extend its lifespan.
How to check if the dehumidifier is working properly?
The bright area is the air intake (cool air), and the back side (with the handle groove) is the air outlet (warm air). Simply touch the front and rear vents to feel the temperature and determine whether the dehumidifier is functioning normally.
Troubleshooting
If the air outlet on the back is cold, it means the machine is running under high load. Turn off the dehumidifier and let it sit for about 4 hours before restarting. This cool air function helps extend the dehumidifier's lifespan.
