Can the pump be used with 2- to 5-gallon water jugs? Why does it wobble or fall off?
Yes. It fits most 2- to 5-gallon jugs. Keep the bottle cap on during installation. If the cap is missing or damaged, use a reusable silicone cap with a center hole to keep the pump secure and stable.
Why can’t the pump be charged? What type of charger should I use?
Please use a certified, safety-compliant USB power adapter that supports 5V/1A or 5V/2A output. Do not use incompatible fast chargers or adapters with higher voltage, as they may damage the product. Keep the charging port dry.
Do the indicator lights change? How do I know when the pump is fully charged?
The number of lights does not change. Blue indicates normal operation, red indicates charging, and blue indicates the battery is fully charged after charging is complete.
Do I need to clean the pump and silicone hose before first use?
Yes. Rinse the silicone hose and run clean drinking water through the pump briefly before first use. Do not immerse the pump body or charging port in water. Clean the silicone hose regularly.
Does the pump make noise while dispensing water?
The pump runs quietly during normal use. Always make sure there is water in the jug. Its dual-pump system may sound louder when running dry, and prolonged dry running may damage the pump.
