How are the bottom feet attached and is the bottom finish the same as the rest of the case? I will be laying this case on its side and don't want an unfinished gray bottom and was hoping the feed could be removed without too much trouble.

On mine, the finish on the bottom is the same as the rest of the case, and the rubber feet are screwed on. I can't promise they are all that way though, add that is easily something that could vary from one manufacturing run to another with such a low cost product.

Question 2

So it writes that the PSU can be max 200 mm but I have a 135 mm. So it will leave a gap right?

It uses a standard ATX psu mounting pattern. If the 200 mm refers to the depth of the psu there wont be any visible gap from the outside. It will give you a little extra room to dress cables on the inside. Much more than 200 mm and you can't get the power supply cables bent around enough because they will be too close to one of the hard drive cages.
