Does this fit the Intel 1150 socket?

Yup! Fits my microatx board. Just be careful, if your memory is close to the socket and you use ram with tall heat sinks, it may not clear the ram. Hope this helps!

Anyone know if it fits FM2/+, I believe it should as it fits FM1?

As far as I understand what AMD published about the FM1 & FM2/+ Arre basically the same, only the location of certain pins are the difference, but I have to caution about this fan, it is quite wide and takes a large footprint, if you want to install *fancy* memory modules which can be taller than the plain ones, you will not be able to use the very first one closest to the CPU.

Question 3

Does it keep an AMD CPU cool and is it pretty quiet under load? (No OC)

This should cool all but the hottest AMD CPU's.  I currently use this with an AMD A10-7800, but it's only rated @ 65W so it doesn't produce much heat.

I can hear the fan in my case but my case is a very small HTPC model so this cooler sits right against the top.  It is very quiet nonetheless.

Any idea on the height of it?

it is not that high, it will fit perfectly in a Home Theater PC Case, the FOOTPRINT is the issue, you have to match it with memory module with limited height. NO TALL HEATH SINKS, otherwise it will not fit, so you have to ponder, CPU fan or Tall Memory.

Question 5

Has anyone lapped this cooler?  Mine's not anywhere near flat and it's been a disappointment in the cooling department(it is quiet).   I have concerns regarding the heatpipes.

I purchased it more than a year ago but I had to return it, It was perfect for my new computer but I didn't count with a little design detail.
The Zalman CNPS8900 will fit perfectly if the memory modules I choose didn't have a heatsink which made them a little taller, Generic memory module with no heatsink are a perfect match. So I had a choice, return 32G Mem or return CPU fan, I choose the stock fan. Still looking for my perfect match.

I don't suppose any one knows if this is low enough for the In Win H-frame mini case?

My only experience was with a Lian Li mini case.  My problem was with the mini-ITX motherboard and clearance with the memory sticks.  I could not use it, had to stick with stock fan.  Kinda wide but I'm sure could work with a different m/b.

No.  It is permanently mounted and cannot (easily) be removed.

Will this cooler work on Intel 1151 LGA?

I suspect it might. Installation is a bit tricky, you'll need to pull the motherboard to attach a backing plate. I think the size of the 1151 socket is the same as the 1150. The cooler has two sets of mounting hardware, one for amd, the other for intel.

Question 9

The specs say this fits a socket 2066. But that socket isn't included in the list on the box and no 2066 socket installation instructions are included in the manual. Can anyone confirm this works with socket 2066 cpus and if so point me to some installation instructions?

I wouldn't use this for a socket 2066. Those cpu's run too hot for this cooler in my opinion unless you throttle the cpu. If space is a concern then use a noctua low profile cooler.

Question 10

How small do RAM chips need to be to fit beside this cooler? On a ASRock Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX.

I used the G.Skillz Ripjaws ram on a MSI 970 gaming if that gives you a rough idea. Clearance was a bit tight but no metal contact. I'd probably say you're fine with most ram as long as the heatsinks aren't too much bigger than that.
