what is the version of the ZE-VE400? I have had several that the keypads did not work.

Hi Martin, Unfortunately, I brought this item back in March and the keypad does not work after one month. I contacted the Zalman Support team several times, but still have no one to contact me. I will not recommend this item. Best Regards,
