Why isn’t my microphone working with Xbox?
Turn on the mic before connecting it to your Xbox controller. If charging while in use, use a wall outlet, not a computer USB port, as this may interfere with Xbox audio. Compatible with Xbox Series S/X and Xbox One S/X controllers with a 3.5mm jack.
Can I charge the microphone while using it with Xbox?
Yes. Connect the charging cable to a wall outlet while using the microphone with Xbox. Avoid charging through a computer USB port, as this may interfere with Xbox audio.
Can I mount it on a boom arm?

The BD9 includes built-in DSP noise reduction that helps reduce background sounds like fans, keyboards, and nearby conversations. Long-press the mute control to activate noise reduction, allowing the microphone to focus more clearly on your voice.
