Can I print a butterfly, and a hard tag with this printer? How long is the warranty and what does it discover?

The best way to confirm specs is actually by checking the manufacturer's website (that's where we get them). Click on the Specifications tab on the item page, and look in the Quick Info box on the bottom of the page. You'll find a link to the item on the manufacturer's own site with the most up-to-date details.

Is it series connection? Can I use label size 2 1/4'' by2''?

The connection is a standard parallel port. As far as I know the printer only accepts 1" wide Z-Band wristband labels, sold by Zebra.
