Will device work both my Apple desktop computer & my TV? And will I be able to disconnect my Xfinity service.  I only have cable service for my TV

I have not installed the modem/router yet, but the device is made to take your internet service provided by a cable company (comcast/xfinity) and distribute it via LAN ports and WiFi to your available devices (computer/TV).  You will still need to purchase the internet service or TV service from your cable company.  By purchasing this device, you will only eliminate the equipment charge (modem) portion  from your bill.  Comcast is currently $10/month to use their equipment.  Hope this answer helps.

No, it does not have an RJ11 port. Four RJ45 LAN ports and a coax connector on the back with all kinds of oowerful WiFi.

I am using old model Zoom 5350 modem/router which still works perfectly if connected directly, but the download speed reduced more than 50% if used wireless. I wonder if this newer model Zoom 5363 is better for wireless connections?

Download speed at wireless is OK my issue is that it disconnects when using XBOX Live. Also, so slow playing online. I tried manufacturer's suggested settings and it did not work so I have to return it.

Does the Zoom Telephonics AC1900 Cable Modem/Router (5363) have a port for telephone (Comcast VoIP)? Can't seem to find the answer anywhere on any sales page or review.

The type of modem you're looking for is a MTA (A multimedia terminal adapter) This one is a cable modem with wifi.
