Is this capable of running 3 monitors?

Interesting question wasn't sure, so had to try it.  Hooked up two monitors to DVI ports and third monitor is hooked to HDMI.  Everything came up good! All three monitors are running smoothly and doesn't seem to be any lag in screen response.

Nvidia allows for stereoscopic setup with the three monitors also.  I would just recommend that all three monitors have the same screen size as it adjust resolution for the monitors to match.

Question 2

Can somebody give a testimony of this card? i'd like to know how well it does with certain games if anyone has any modern examples. (I have an i7 8GBRAM setup).

I'm sure someone else can give you FPS info for newer games. Just wanted to tell you that I have a i7, 16gigs ram, and I was running a 660GTX. I went with Zotac because my last card was from gigabyte and I seemed to be having some issues with it. Personally as far as performance goes between my 660 and this 760, I can't tell much of a difference but I'm sure there is a difference in the background. This card has worked flawlessly over the last couple of months and I'm really happy with it. I don't play many taxing games at the moment. All I can say is Border Lands 2 runs at max settings. When I did research, some of the reviewers were saying they didn't have any issues playing some of the heavy hitters like Crysis 2. I have been told that putting two of these in SLI is pretty amazing. I will be playing Star Citizen when it comes out, however, by then I may have upgraded again depending on minimum requirements.

Question 3

Is this card back words compatible with PCIE 2.0 x16? ( i know some cards are poo and arent...) My Zotac gtx 560 (model : ZT-50708-10M) just died on me so im looking for another. Also, reading some comments with claims of settings and FPS is throwing me off, i know it depends upon the system...but my 560 did most of what people say they can do with this card. has anyone used both in the same system? if so, results?

P.S. To anyone reading questions/comments before buying, like me, my zotac card died because i was very abusive to it. About 3 years of me, humidity, really hot and really cold climates, i probably even had a bug or two crawling on it on one of my outdoor gaming days with friends. (i usually leave the side of the case off for quick in and outs)

You should be fine im running this card on a GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3 motherboard in a pcie 2.0 x16 slot and it preforms flawlessly.  I originally got it last year to support battlefield 4 and im super happy I got it, weather its gaming or video editing this card will get the job done.

Can you find me the best 3 cards i can get that are under 9 inches or below?

No. Do your own leg-work. Use the top video card list at passmark, or buy a bigger case.

Ok so I already have one of these cards. (no issues works great!) but I am considering purchasing another and I was wondering if I could handle it. I have a 750w power supply with 2 HDDs for storage and an SSD for my OS. some sites say they require around 400w each though I also read this is not true and I should be fine with my PSU. any thoughts?

Better safe than sorry.  My personal opinion is always go for more than what you might actually need.  The reason why is because it doesn't hurt to have more, but having less can lead to undesirable results.  I would go for an 850 PSU to be sure.
