The power supply should be good because I use the same one and I don't run into any problems. The Cpu might bottleneck the GPU, I would consider upgrading it later on. The CPU that I use with this graphics card is the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and it works perfectly with my system.

Good enough. Rise of the Tomb Raider averages 60FPS on my old intel 4770 with everything turned up max. Installed no problem, even the linux drivers worked perfectly.
