Anywhere we can see an exploded view? Wondering how upgrade friendly it would be.

This is an Mini ITX platform (mITX) meaning the internal components like the motherboard, video card, and PSU are custom sized and proprietary. This means that basic things down to the screw mounting holes of said components will be different than an aftermarket maker's products (like from ASUS for the motherboard as an example).

Based on other mITX gaming PC platforms I have worked on from Dell (Alienware) and HP (Omen), they were only capable of memory and HDD/SSD drive upgrades. If you want to buy a PC pre-built to upgrade down the road, you need to go with a mid tower design. If space is a problem you pay severely for the convenience of a small footprint with an mITX PC. You might be able to upgrade the CPU but that would be dependent on if Zotac locked down the motherboard BIOS that prevents putting a faster i7 K-series chip in there. Dell is notorious for that.

When all else fails however, you can try asking Zotac directly via their product support page portal (you will need to register for a user account first).

Question 2

None of the Audio jacks work. None of them front or back. How can i fix this?

If your audio cable isn't compatible it will not accept it and other than that check your device settings and see what is the main audio device you are using

How to access the secondary drive? I could only see one drive in Windows.

Accepted Answer

You might need to Initialize, Create a new Volume, and Format it before you can see and use it. It sounds complicated but it actually only takes a few seconds. Zotac has an article on their website that lists a few things that you should do with the MEK1 after first power up and it talks about this topic there. If you don't want to read their article, just google Initialize HDD Windows 10 and you'll get a quick guide too.
