Do you need a separate PSU to power up the graphics card? If not can you still add a PSU?

Hello, I'll be using this box with 1050ti, I'm not sure do I need a PSU for that card. Do I need to buy PSU separate? Thank you.

Does it come w/ the GPU itself or will that need to be ordered separately?
