Is this adapter a good replacement for the n220 wireless n-lite adapter that I now have?

the n220 adapter you have has a transfer rate of 150 Mbps, while the this adapter has a transfer rate of 300 Mbps. the N300 can also act  as a "soft" access point basically meaning if you  have a hard line to your computer you can set the N300 to act as a wireless router. between those two that is the only major difference, the system is still roughly the same.
