Rating + 1 Avoid like the PLEGG

Cheep product, no one ever really reads your emails, everyone just keeps replying how "HOW MAY I HELP YOU?"
It took paypal to finally get my money back, well over a month later. If you do try this seller, use paypal.
If I could give it a negative or zero EGG rating I would.

Rating + 1 False Advertisement of Products

Seller did not ship all that was advertised. Initially only offered partial refund until I pressed for a full refund. Seller agreed to refund only after I shipped item for return. After re-shipping item I was sent, seller no longer responds. I am out $$ for item and return shipping. BE AWARE OF THIS SELLER!
Seller Response:Sorry about the bad experience, you bought a ram memory from us and our sale made a mistake about the advertise, they forgot to delete the advertise which indicate we will send a Anti static Bracelet free when the activity was end,we try to make you feel satisfactory in the whole process, we were trying to give you a compensation to make up for the mistake we have made, but you still need to return, so we provided the return info to you and also full refunded you. Hope you can understand , we want to send you the free Anti static Bracelet, but the warehouse was out of stock(it's our mistake), we have no idea to make up for our mistake , only want to give you compensation, but you did not give me the chance, so pls....understand.(Maybe because of the difference of China and USA , you will feel not good in the communication, i'm sorry again.)

Rating + 1 Worst Newegg experience ever!

Item was not as described, and I immediately requested a return. Ordered item on 7/24 and didn't get refund until 9/10!! Two days of that timeframe was waiting on me to ship the item back; the rest was all ETopSell and Newegg. I had to escalate the issue several times, and Newegg eventually refunded my money. If I had not kept calling Newegg, I still might not have my money back. Beyond an initial message from ETopSell saying they'd get back with me, I never heard anything from them. Very poor communication, and super slow return process. If there is any remote possibility you might need to return something (such as if it is misrepresented, like my purchase was), or if you just want to have the option to return something, you should pick a different seller.
Seller Response:We apologize for the inconvenience, you sent it back without our permission to the wrong address, it was delivered in TX. We are in CA, we still have not recieve the package.

My item did not come in its original box it was shipped in a postal box, that is just plain tacky, and I am not even sure if it is what I ordered because it did not come in its box.

As far as business transactions goes, I've got no complaints. Order was completed in a timely manner and product meet expectations. Only negative is that seller contacted me weeks later asking for a 5-egg rating. Since unsolicited reviews written by people on their own initiative are more meaningful, I would not put a lot of stock in the seller's reviews.
