Hello!

I have a Dell T7500 which is based on the Intel 5520 Chipset and has No UEFI support at all.

I am wondering about the compatibility of this card on my computer. I need it to be bootable as well, can you confirm that this card works on non-UEFI machines as a bootable device?

Booting is fine,UEFI not required. Drivers ARE required, and will need to be loaded upon Windows installation, otherwise it won't be seen by the installer. I would imagine this to be corrected by Windows 10. The only major problems I have encountered is lack Linux support. No drivers available

Question 2

Can anyone tell me how much heat this produces? I noticed it has a pretty large heat sink and I was thinking about putting it in a closed system running liquid cooling.

I was wondering if it needed airflow.

That large heat sink does its job well. I'm liquid cooling my CPU and GPU, and the only airflow in my system is two 140mm fans (one pushing each radiator) spinning at very low RPM. The temperature reported by the G.SKILL PCIe SSD Tool utility is consistently at 30°C, and I've yet to see it above 31°C.

With G.SKILL recommending a maximum operating temperature of 55°C, I don't think forced airflow will be necessary. You'll just need your case interior to be cool enough for the card to dump the heat.

Question 3

How good is this card for gaming? Would this card work in multiple setups? (example 2 or 3 cards) (Not doing this, just curious). How is this card's performance vs ASUS' Raidr Express?

Don't have one of these cards specifically, but I do have a bit of tech knowledge. Mathematically, I would say this card completely thwarts anything the ASUS card can do. However, I can't say for sure that the human brain would notice it without using them side-by-side. Using this card in a striped RAID would indeed speed it up, but generally the faster you can read your game files, the faster the game can be processed. Based on this card's read speed, I can safely say you would see a significant increase in FPS in just using one of these. Using multiple in a striped pattern honestly would not have enough benefit to fit the cost, but would still be a very noticeable turbocharge for your graphical processing.

Is it possible to boot from this?

Board i have is Asus X99 Deluxe.

Yes you can. I have a slightly older Z77 ASRock OC Formula board, and I have this as my new boot/OS drive.
You will need to use the included driver disk during the windows setup before it will be seen to allow you to format/install the OS to it.

is this possible use in a maximus ranger vii a dual sli gtx 980 and in the other pcie slot... the black one.. put this ssd phoenix blade? because have a "*" in the manual.. that says ...pcie 2.0 16x(4x mode) .... so.. everyone know if it is compatible or not?

It will work, but it won't run at full speed. I ran it at pcie 2.0 x4 and I only got about about 60% (if I recall correctly) of speed I got while running it at pcie 3.0 x8. 
Wait a couple days, HyperX is releasing a pcie 2.0 x4 SSD card that they say hits 1400 MB/s and will probably have much better random I/O performance.

Will this ssd work in a PC! X 16 slot?

Only though windows software.  Tried a bunch of different ways, and none of them worked.   I would not recommend this as RAID solution.
