As the successor to the hugely successful Canon 430EX, the 430EX II offers a new level of versatility and capability at an affordable price. This capable unit is compatible with all Canon EOS cameras and Power Shot G Series.

The 430EX II delivers approximately 20% faster recycling time, compared to the 430EX, while keeping the same compact size. The LCD’s focal length display can indicate 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, 70mm, 80mm, and 105mm zoom positions.

With a powerful guide number of 141/43 (ISO 100, feet/meters), the 430EX II is able to easily fill the area with sufficient light for some really impressive shots. The flash’s compatibility with Canon's wireless E-TTL makes it an affordable slave unit as well.

Tilt and Swivel HeadThe Canon Speedlite 430EX II flash features an adjustable head that tilts 90° upwards and swivels 90° to the right and 180° to the left to flexibly employ the bounce flash technique for more natural, shadowless and red-eye free shoots.
