The software saves digital images of the business card or receipt while pulling information to save them in separate files. Receipts have date, vendor, amount and tax saved and exported to files compatible with most business and tax programs. Business cards can be exported to Outlook or a custom database.
The software includes an Inbox that saves and sorts documents as receipts, business cards or documents. The Receipt Organizer lets you sort and organize your receipts to make filling out expense reports or tax paperwork easier.
