Bought two of these, 2/6/16 and then another on 2/26/16; both are clearly marked "REV: 2.0" silkscreened on the card, "rev.2.0" on the serial number sticker.
Very nice low-power, small form factor (two small conversion brackets included) video cards for say HTPC or general 1080p stuff; doubt they'll impress the gamer crowd much (1GB DDR3 onboard...)
Driver CD covers Vista Through Win10.

Question 2

Specifications say this card is "fanless" - picture clearly shows a fan. Which is wrong?

It has a fan.  Check gigabyte dot com for a model that does not have a fan. Card works fine make sure you have a good 500 Watt Power Supply. The best features about this card is the fact you get all three video formats.  For me it was a slight improvement over the built-in video chips on the motherboard. Don't expect any super video changes, the card will perform as stated.

Is this windows 10 compatible? meaning that does this come with windows 10 driver that support full functionality in windows 10. Thanks.

My wife's computer had no card , just used on board graphics . The on board seemed to be failing so I bought and installed it . The computer has win 10 pro on it from upgrade . As far as drivers , I would guess they are up to speed , did install disc first , then upgraded at Nivea .

Does this card fit a small form factor desktop PC such as HP  6005 Pro 2.7GHz 4GB Ultra Slim?

It comes with two SFF brackets (one holds the VGA connector, which explains the long ribbon cable attached to it); I got two of these cards to go into two refurb. SFF Dells running Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz and DDR3 which cost less than the upgradable Win7 Pro 64-bit S/W that came with them.  Perfect solution...

I found this Video card to to be most economical. It does several things; you have 3 formats for your hookups; RGB, HDMI, and DVI that covers every monitor and large screen TV on the market. It comes with very useful software and auto updates. It has it own memory mounted on the card so you return your system memory back for your system computing needs. If your a heavy gamer and play complex 3D games then go to Gigabyte and see what they recommend.  I can tell you Gigabyte has not only good products but excellent customer support. I can say the same for New Egg who is in my opinion the best store in the country for prices and reduced prices on older hardware and software. Y

This cards supports extended desktop to two monitors.  The maximum resolution to monitors connected to the DVI-I or HDMI connectors is 2560x1600.  If a monitor is connected to the VGA connector, its maximum resolution is 2048x1536

I have a Dell Inspiron 530 and looking to update to an HDMI card.  I need to use VGA and HDMI out simultaneously for dual monitors.
System is running Quad Core CPU, 8 GB ram, 350 W PSU.  I have PCI E slot, figuring it is 1.0 since system was mfrd in 2008.  OS is Vista.   Looking to see if anyone know if this card is compatible?  I've been through 2 others that didn't work.  Appreciate any help!

I installed this exact card in my Dell Inspiron 530 about 2 weeks ago.  Core 2 Duo E8600, 4 GB Ram, 300 W PSU.  I am running just one monitor off of the VGA connector.  It generally works OK.  I have had problems with some applications (Performance Test, SlingTV) in that the video driver crashes and is recovered automatically.  Comes and goes.  DVD movies play just fine.  I get some jitter when watching SlingTV and WatchESPN, so I am thinking about switching out to the GT 720. which has higher performance and I would hope to get higher frame rates.
