I don't see why not.  The OS should be able to handle it.  Its very rare that MoBo's have hard drive limits. 120GB should be no problem.  I've been using mine on a AMD FX-8350 with a R9 280X and haven't had a problem.  No hiccups whatsoever.

either way I don't recommend you buy this product. The drives run very hot, and they kept shutting down my computer because they got so hot.  But to answer your question, as long as the computers will take a msata drive, this should (in theory) work fine.

I used this drive with an mSATA port on my laptop so I have not actually tried to connect this to a PCIe slot. I know that in general mSATA and mini PCIe are not compatible even though the connector is the same shape. I believe there are SSD cards that are made for mini PCIe and some that work with both connectors but I don't think this card is one of those.

I have a question on cloning. I originally purchased a Dell Windows 7 computer and then subsequently upgraded to Win 8.1 pro. Under disk management, I see there partitions on my C:\ drive namely: a) OEM Partition (39 MB), b) Recovery Partition, and c) OS C:\ partition. Since my computer has gone through several changes since I bought it in 2012 including the Win 8.1 upgrade, what is the need for cloning, if any, the OEM Partition and Recovery Partition. Would it not be better to ONLY clone the “OS c:\  partition” (which presumably has the O/S, all my programs and files) and then create a new recovery partition after cloning?

The way i did it was to use this free software called Easeus Todo Backup.  If you're partition is smaller than the new SSD, it should be easy as you can simply clone it.  If not, you'll need a repair disk in order to repair the boot sec after the software copied the OS.

I have two questions: (1) Will this SSD work in an HP G60 Notebook? I want to upgrade my HDD for an SSD and I don't know where to start. (2) How do I exactly migrate all my data to this SSD if it is indeed compatible for my laptop? Thanks in advance!

I unfortunately could not tell for sure whether your laptop has an mSata Slot which is what you would need for this type of ssd drive. If I were you I would go with a regular 2.5" sata drive, I believe there are some made by Mushkin for around the same price. As for cloning your current drive that will be a problem if your current HDD is bigger than the sata you plan to buy, but it may still be possible.
