how can i know if in this case i can fit all my pc components?

It's impossible to say without first knowing your components.  However the power supply and case aren't perfectly compatible.  If you need SATA power for an optic drive and a hard drive the cable won't reach.  My solution was to quasi mount the HD in the 3.5" slot (not intended to do such), and thus removed the HD cage.  There is only one SATA power cable with two plugs.  Aside from that and the MB being mounted case left.  Everything else has room.  I'm not sure what the solution would be for a SSD, aside from a different power supply.

Question 2

What would you say the best fan layout is for this case? The side fan that comes with it is blowing in. So I was thinking 1 intake on the front and 1 exhaust on the back for airflow.

It's going to greatly depend on your setup. I picked this case because it comes with a 500 watt power supply and advertises that it fits an 8800gtx. If you are planning on going this route you may want to look into getting a different case.

Because the components fit so tightly, there is an air dam that prevents flow to my 8800gtx and the power supply. Since the motherboard is rotated, the intake on the graphics and power supply are pulling from the same location. I'm currently dealing with this issue by putting an intake fan in place of the disc drives. (I really wish I could draw a picture.)

If you plan on using integrated graphics, or a low-end/low-profile graphics, the set-up should be fine as is. There's enough venting on the case that you shouldn't need to be too concerned with forcing air in and out.

Does the Power Supply have a PCIe power connector?

Yes, it does.  It has an ATX 20+4 pin connector, a 4 pin CPU connector, and a 6 pin PCIe connector.  It also has a good number of molex connectors, but only two SATA power connectors.  And, the SATA connectors are on the same line, so it's hard to use them for an optical drive and a hard drive.
