5 out of 5 eggsGood little case

Pros: First time I have built a PC in such a small case and overall, this case is very good. It's very tight inside, but if you just have a HD and CD drive, it's easy to keep cable clutter to a minimum. I do recommend getting an 80mm fan because the plastic air redirection thing is useless. I tossed it out. Great little case though.

Cons: Plastic air redirection thing is useless. I tossed it out. It's tight enough as it is inside this case.

Other Thoughts: Great overall case. It's tight, but that's because its a tiny case. If you just have a hard drive and cd rom, the cable management is pretty clean. Zip ties are your friend to keep the clutter of wires to a minimum.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Compact size, perfect fit in an industrial closet.

Cons: No documentation, but found it to the website. had to modify the plastic plate to fit with the ASRock H77M motherboard. The plastic plate also interferring with all the SATA connectors, but it'S not so bad....

3 out of 5 eggsDecent

Pros: Small size, good organization of components inside, room for optical drive and 3.5" bay.

Cons: Case fan seems kind out of the way and doesn't seem like it would do a whole lot. Would be more effective near the cpu. Power buttons are very cheap and flimsy. I had to adjust them to even get the power button to contact the swich inside. Reset button still doesn't work

3 out of 5 eggsGood case, a bit too long for media cabinet

Pros: Well made case. Everything fits snugly. Adaquit venting, and the CPU fan has a nice screen above to protect from debris.

Cons: The PSU that the case ships with could be a bit beefier. It ships with a 300 watt PSU. The 24 and 4 pin connectors are barely enough for my new board, which technically needs a 24 and 8.

Other Thoughts: The case is very deep. My plan was to use this case to house an HTPC that would live in a cabinet with other A/V equipment. The case is a little too deep for that to work once all the cables are plugged in. If you are planning on using this case in a similar fashion... measure, measure, measure, then add 2-4 inches for all the USB stuff that you plug into the back of your PC.

5 out of 5 eggsvery clean

Pros: nice case, it's been a while since I built a computer but my slimline Acer died and I decided to put together a slimline. I bought it at a local store on sale with a 300 watt 80 plus PS. It is much larger than Acer slimline but if you take your time putting it together it is very clean inside

Cons: not enough for an egg but I did have to buy a 24 pin extention to reach my MB.,even with ties cut it would not go plus it would not allow for a video card. ( gt 430 but I see I can get a LP GT 640 NOW so that is on the list)

Other Thoughts: I like things to run cool if I can so I mounted a low profile cpu pipe cooler and fan by logisys (works great) plus since I am only using video card slot I opened up covers and mounted a 70mm fan right below video card. I use it as an intake blowing cool air across video card and MB. I use the 80 fan as exhaust. I stand it up with the fan/exhaust fan on bottom so I put thicker rubber feet on stands to give it a little more room to vent. by adding 2nd fan I dropped MB temp from 37 down to 32.

4 out of 5 eggsNice case, needs a few tweaks

Pros: The smaller form factor without sacrificing as much room for expansion compared to the mini-ITX was the main reason I picked this form factor, and this case does indeed do what I need.

The power supply packs enough juice for whatever you can physically fit into the case, and it combined with the stock Intel fan makes a reasonably quiet combination.

Cons: Since this is being marketed as a HTPC case it would be nice to have a window to internally mount an IR receiver (if it is present, a notation somewhere would be nice), and to have such a receiver available here on Newegg.

More motherboard standoffs would be nice (the SATA, case LEDs and button headers, and power plugs on the GA-Z77MX-D3H are not supported by standoffs even though there are holes in the MB for them).

The plate to redirect airflow to the CPU fan does not allow for memory as tall as the Corsair Vengeance 8 GB DDR3 1600 sticks without major modification, and I see no reason why they couldn't support such tall memory out of the box.

The power supply connections do not want to reach all the way to the 5.25" bay for my optical drive without using the 4-pin to SATA adapter included with my drive, and I needed to cut the zip tie holding the cable bundle and reroute the 4-pin graphics power cable in order to get it where it needs to be on the MB. Another 2 inches on each cable would have been perfect.

Other Thoughts: Neutral: It is nice to only have to worry about 1 screw for securing all of the expansion cards but including one or two covers for the slots would be nice in case you change your mind about the configuration.

It would have been nice had I ordered some extremely short SATA cables to make the wire runs more tidy.

In this form factor I don't see a good way to support some of the bigger/ more effective heat sinks/ fans, but since I'm not planning on doing major overclocking it is fine.

4 out of 5 eggsGood for Simple, Low-Power PC

Pros: Small, light weight, reasonably nice-looking for Home Theatre application. Will fit in stereo cabinet. Quiet. Built-in power supply. Sufficient SATA power plugs.

Cons: * Some cheap parts but what do you expect of $70.
* Total lack of documentation except for parts list. User guide not available on website.
* Definitely not in same class as Cooler Master or Thermaltake, but what do you want for $70.

Other Thoughts: I am used to building big towers where there is plenty of room to work; so this case is way smaller than what I am used to. This will be for a home theatre application -- mainly to be at the receiving end of HD streaming, so the machine does not need several hard drives, etc. Good, because space inside this box is extremely limited. Glad I'm using an old SSD to boot from, as getting a 3.5" HD inside would have required a lot of finger scraping.

This PC case is probably not good for beginners, as there is no useful doc, but if you've built a few machines, this should not be a problem. I never buy cases with a built-in power supply, but I took a chance on this one -- to save $$. Time will tell if it was a good idea. Case is somewhat rickety when the cover is off, but adding the cover fixes the "loose" feel. Still, I would not bounce this thing around too much even with the cover on.

4 out of 5 eggsNice case overall!

Pros: This is a nice little case that is easy to assemble and has room for plenty of toys. The drive assembly is separable from the chassis itself for easy of installation and cable routing. When assembled, the case is tight and solid.

Cons: The power supply cabling for the 24 pin and 4 pin motherboard connectors is just a bit too short. It needs to be an inch longer to relieve strain on the motherboard and to allow better cable routing.

The power supply fan is noisy and varies in speed quite a bit. It starts out quite, but speeds up as the power supply warms. The constant audible variation makes it hard to tune out.

The cooler tray fits flush underneath the CDROM drive, so cabling the power and SATA connectors is difficult. I cut a notch in the plastic to allow the cables to drop below the drive rather than go elsewhere.

Other Thoughts: Overall a nice design and case. The case is very deep, but that allows space under the drive assembly to hide cables.
