5 out of 5 eggsIn this case

Pros: Fully ventilated. You can pretty much put fans anywhere. Option for water cooling via gromets in rear.

Cons: Side fan had to be taken out when the heat sink tower would not fit

Other Thoughts: Got this because I wanted a full tower and it did not disappoint. Gobs of space inside for anything I would want to add to this workstation. Except for that gedankin' side fan which had to be taken out with wire cutters so that I could squeeze in the heat sink tower I put in this thing.

5 out of 5 eggsLove it

Pros: Durable. Plenty of expandability. Good selection of ports. Great air flow. Dust Covers.

Cons: Cable management, a little narrow

Other Thoughts: Let me just say, I LOVE this case. I looked at practically every case on New Egg that fit my needs, settled on the Ironclad and couldn't be happier. It's big and evil looking, has plenty of fans (love the big 220) with room for more with good protection from dust (a necessity in my home), and LOTS of room for expandibility. The tooless installation is also great. However, there are two potential drawbacks, niether of which was enough for me to doc and egg for.
For all it's size, the case is a little narrow. I had ordered a hyper212 cpu cool and found it to be too big for the case, unless I took the 220 fan out. This was solved, however, with coolermaster's Geminii S524. Fits perfectly, is economical, and keeps things chilly.
The other problem some might have is the back is not cutout for cable management. Personally, I say don't be a wuss, and use the cable ties that are included. :)
Love this case. Love it.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty good

Pros: Overall a fantastic case.

-It has tons of space for all your hardware. I fit my 12 inch VGA in there just fine.

-It's watercooling ready which is always a plus

-Sturdy case, built like a tank.

-Plenty of fans, superb airflow.

Cons: In my opinion it's really not wide enough. I have my Hyper 212 evo in the case and I can't use the side fan at all because of it.

The green fans on the case are alright, but I would have preferred black.

Other Thoughts: If you get a power supply for this case then I recommend getting modular, because the cable management in the case is very lacking.

5 out of 5 eggsZero Complaints!

Pros: - Great looking case
- Tons of space to work cables and allow components to breathe
- Amazing airflow
- Excellent capacity for expansion
- Mesh screens make dusting easy
- look at the pretty blue lights!
- InWin customer service is top notch

Cons: - was a bit heavier than I initially expected, not worth losing an egg over though.

Other Thoughts: I really, really like this tower. It is my first full size tower, and aside from the weight, it is more than I could have asked for. I really pondered this and the DragonRider, and due to budget I went with the Ironclad (it was $89) at time of purchase. While the airflow is nice, if you have some louder components inside the case, you will hear it more than you want. The acoustic treatment to the side panel is a major bonus though.

In short - if you're thinking about this case - STOP! Just BUY IT! You won't regret it!

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect Case!

Pros: If you're looking for a case with plenty of room, plenty of air flow, and some sound proofing, look no further than this! Ironclad has everything you need, including built in ports for water cooling on the back. The LED's on the side fan can be turned off for less light. Bottom loading PSU bay is great. The entire inside of the case is lined with sound proofing foam. The fans are very quiet, even with the side off of the case.

Cons: This actually went UP in price since I purchased it last year. It used to be $110.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case

Pros: - Roomy
- Very nice airflow
- Awesome Design
-4 USB ports

Cons: The only complaint is that there is no cable management. But with a few zip ties it shouldn't be too much of a problem

Other Thoughts: Awesome case. Definitely recommend for this point.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat case for the price

Pros: very solid case. might not have the greatest cable management; but if you're smart enough you can create your own- no problem. still i've found other cases that weren't made out of this good of a quality of material; similarly priced. it's very solid/heavy; doesn't resonate. running an overclocked system with zero cooling issues.

Cons: no cable management. face of case is plastic not steel.

Other Thoughts: full atx, 1k+ power supply, 10 hard drives, 2 opticals, 1 gtx460 o/c, e6600 (original, good lot) running 3.5Ghz(o/c on air), and below 42 at full throttle.

2 out of 5 eggsSide fan doesn't work

Pros: Large Case with lots of room. Tooless drives that are easy to use and actually work.

Cons: Side fan is defective. Emailed InWin about replacement, no response.

Other Thoughts: I actually bought two of these cases and one of them was perfect. I've given the company about 2 weeks to respond to my email and no response. If they don't care when their product is defective -> only 2 stars.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear customer,

We apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced. Please kindly contact our RMA Department at 909-348-0588 X 741 or e-mail us at for the replacement part. We will provide the replacement power supply to you ASAP.
Thank you.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Case

Pros: This is my first full tower and I am extremely please with it; it has plenty of working and breathing room. My hardware fit perfectly and didn't take as long to build as my previous cases. The outer shell is attractive and's got some weight on it, though.

Cons: The case is a little heavier than I thought, but other than that, no other issues.
