5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: Great size, amazing style. Venting is amazing. My case is cold to the touch no matter what. And taking it apart is a breeze.

Cons: If you want to use a liquid cpu cooler, you will have to do a small rig for the back fan and radiator. Both will not fit together inside the case because of the HHD baYs. I had to mount my back fan from the outside. Also, if you have a lot of wires, hiding them behind the motherboard like most cases do will be a little challenging, it will be a tight fit.

Other Thoughts: I think it is very worth getting. It's very unique in style. It's something you don't see every day.

5 out of 5 eggsLian Li - Enough Said

Pros: Where to start ... very easy to put together. Everything slides into place. Great air flow, very cool. I'm normally not one for clear sided cases just because of the fact it makes the case flimsy and love sturdy cases. But the window on this case is about a quarter of an inch thick, very solid. Looks amazing! Easy cable management if you know how to do it. I have all my wires running in the back of my motherboard, very open. This was my favorite case to put together.

Cons: Price, but they way i look at it is, i have how much money inside my case why have a cheap flimsy case instead of a sturdy case.

Other Thoughts: When I received this case the plastic clips that locks down the hard drive in place were backwards. I couldn't understand why i couldn't get my hard drives in. Finally I pull hard on the clips and they popped right out and turned the clips the right way and it worked perfect. Although it was very frustrating why i couldn't get my hard drives in im still giving the case five eggs.

1 out of 5 eggsForm over function strikes again...

Pros: Shape and color give this case a unique look unlike most others. I believe they were trying to make it look something like a sail boat. There are no sharp edges on this case at all, they've all been rounded over. Tons of cables, thumb screws and wires included! ....However...

Cons: ...this case is downright goofy inside. This is an ATX case, yet the power supply mounts above the MB. The hard drive cages mount above the MB too, the problem with this is I always use the Thermaltake V1, which is impossible to fit due to them hanging so low. The cages themselves are not functional. They are set up so you slide the drive on a rail into what resembles a "hot swap" set up on the back of the cage, this how ever doesn't work if your going to use SSD because the connectors wont match up and larger HD's like the WD 1TB drive wont fit at all. Lastly the cables have to be routed to the bottom of the case using a detachable "conduit" of sorts. There is no way a stranded power supply would be able to reach. Also, even though I didn't get much further then mounting it, I'm sure my Mother board didn't fit quite right.

Other Thoughts: I got this case because I wanted some thing different. Well thats what I got...
I spent a week trying to turn this into a computer and after sitting on $1400 worth of computer parts I decided to return it and shop for a more traditional case. This case reminded me of those proprietary cases I used to deal with all the time from HP and Compaq back in the day...and not in a good way...if there is one. I'm sad I have to return such a case, it looks like a lot of work went into it but perhaps not a lot of thought. Form over function never works and it didn't work for me this time for sure.

1 out of 5 eggsMAJOR PROBLEMS ON A EXECLLENT CASE

Pros: NOT MUCH TO SAY EXCEPT VERY NICLY MADE
SUPERIOR CRAFTSMANSHIP NICLY DESIGNED
AND WELL MADE TO SAY AT THE LEAST. >> BUT<<
SEE BELOW IN THE CONS SECTION.........

Cons: CASE IS NICLEY MAID EVERY THING FITS WELL AS IT
SHOULD .
THE MAJOR >> GRIPE << IS A MANAFACTURING
>> E R R O R << RESULTING IN POSSABLY HAVING TO
DISSASEMBLE THE ENTIRE CASE TO FIX A PROBLEM
WITH THE HARD DRIVE MOUNTING SYSTEM.
THE FIRST HARD DRIVE BAY IS A SNAP TO REMOVE
JUST 4 SCREWS AND IT COMES OUT NO PROBLEM !!
THE SECOND BAY MOUNTING SCREWS ARE PARTALLY
COVERED BY THE UPPER CASE STRUCTURE AND ARE
NOT ACCESSABLE UNLESS YOU DISSASEMBLE THE
UPPER SECTION. YOU HAVE TO REMOVE OVER
30 + PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS AND A TON OF
CASE PARTS TO GET TO THE PLATFORM THE
HARD DRIVE CAGES ARE MOUNTED TO !!
THE REASON FOR HAVING TO DO THIS IS THE
PLASTIC HARD DRIVE RETENTION CLIPS WERE
INSTALLED BACKWARDS AND HAVE TO BE TURNED
ARROUND BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN SLIDE THE HARD
DRIVES INTO THE RAILS THAT HOLD THEM IN PLACE !THE RAILS ARE ATTACHED INTO PLACE AND NOT ABLE TO
GET TO THERE MOUNTING SCREWS WITH OUT REMOVING
THE HARD DRIVE CAGES . = NOT VERRY GOOD
AT ALL !!= GRADE F+

Other Thoughts: UN LESS YOU ARE MECHANICALLY INCLINED AND HAVE ABOUT 6~8 HOURS TO WAIST TAKING THIS BEAST
APART TO FIX THE HARD DRIVE RAIL LOCK PROBLEM
THEN I SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS CASE .
ITS BIG ITS PRETTY & ITS A BEAST BUT IT HAS A MAJOR
PROBLEM WITH THE HARD DRIVE RETENTION LOCK
CLIPS KEEPING YOU FROM INSERTING THE HARD DRIVES
THERE FORE TOTALLY NEGATING ALL BUILD TIME ON
THE MACHINE.
I AM NOT A NEW-BE HAVE BEEN BUILDING MAIN FRAMES
AND PERSONAL & BUISNESS MACHINES FOR 30+ YEARS.

5 out of 5 eggsbest case ever

Pros: The quality of workmanship on this case is simply outstanding and that's putting it mildly. There are steel cleats for almost every screw that you turn, not on the mobo tray :(, so you don't have to worry about stripping the aluminum threads. All the edges are smoothed so you don't gash yourself. Cable management is a snap with plenty of places designed in to route them. It also includes METAL brackets to hold them in place that SCREW into place so everything is rock solid.

The mobo tray is cut out behind the CPU so you can remove heat sinks that require backside access (like mine) without having to remove the motherboard or even the tray.

Thermal management is astounding. I have four 1TB hard drives and two 4870X2s that have all sent me an email asking me to turn the heat on because they are chilly. PSU and opticals are seperated from the main compartment.

Cons: Word of advice- it is a stretch from the PSU to the bottom of the case. It's not really a con since it's a fairly tall case. I have a Thermaltake 1200W PSU but the power cables weren't long enough to reach the bottom video card (Crossfire) so I had to move the card up. This is not a problem with the case it's a problem with the PSU. I will have to get/make some extensions.

The included cables were all above normal quality and plenty long enough. What little plastic is in use is solid and well made. I couldn't see that anything was welded or riveted. All the screws are solid and hold together extremely well. The fans put off the perfect amount of light to make things look good without illuminating the entire room. They are quiet yet move an impressive amount of air.

Everything is placed in such a way that you have really good access to it. No exceptions. The side retention mechanisms don't have any sloppiness and work quite well.

Other Thoughts: The serial number of the case is engraved right on the back. Mine is 031. I haven't had this much fun building a PC in years. There's a speed control for the fans that's easy to reach and controls the lights as well. Quality just drips from every edge, corner, nook and cranny of this thing and I can't even begin to explain how happy I am I bought this.

To Lian Li- thank you for building this case.
To Newegg- thank you for carrying this item. I can't imagine you sell many of these because of the cost which has to make this a pain to stock. This case was designed for real fans and if you didn't carry this kind of thing we'd never be able to buy it.

To everyone else- if there is any way you can afford this case and you want something truly unique both visually and functionally do not hesitate to buy this one. You will not be disappointed.

5 out of 5 eggsProbably the last case I bought

Pros: Awesome case. Very well build with quality materials, great ergonomics, stylish, it's definitely not a BOX people. No problems with cables what so ever, just remove the rear panel man...

Cons: Too Blue???

Other Thoughts: Well, for a $500 case I would like to see a thermometer and fan controls on the front of the case. Also 2 SSD bays could be very useful, I had to MAKE it fit

5 out of 5 eggsA Gem of a Case

Pros: Are you kidding! This case is absolutely incredible. It is built solid and strong. The case is made for ease of building. Everything accesible with the simple twist of a few thumbscrews. From the CD Rom drives to the Power Supply to the Removeable motherboard back plate. It is all so simple to build in. I read the review that said the hard drive beds and Power supply had to be redesigned they could not be more wrong and if he had bothered to remove the backside of his case he would of seen how simple it is to run his power supply cables down to the motherboard area. It was a snap. Everything in this case is a snap. I am buying another one in a couple months. Bought the first through another site. Newegg has it cheaper. But I want the same case for the wife's computer.

Cons: Wish it came in more than one color.

Other Thoughts: It's Blue..... Very Blue..... LOL

1 out of 5 eggsDesigned Wrong

Pros: Cool Look, Full Tower, Fans are hugh and quite, nice air cooling.

Cons: The PSU position and HDD position must be changed.
PSU cables can't go through casue of HDD placing part is blocking. Some how I had to Pull down PSU cables really hard (may damaged my PSU cables) and it was really hard to close the case cause I had to pull down the PSU cables on the side of the case.

Other Thoughts: Not worth over $500. I should bought better designed for $500. If you have thick PSU cables, you can't close your case.
