Question 1

can this HTPC is compatible with ASRock G31M-GS?

I'm no expert by any means, but a quick look at the ASRock G31M-GS board specs tells me it will work fine.  The Lian Li PC-C37B is a Micro ATX case (with a bit of room to spare) and the G31M-GS is a Micro ATX motherboard.  It should fit just fine. Just make sure it doesn't run too hot. There are only two small 70mm case fans in the PC-C37B so airflow could be an issue.

Question 2

How loud would you say the case fans are?  Does this case come with any info on the CFM and dB ratings (unlikely, but thought I'd ask)?

The fans are... Decent...  They are pretty quiet at around 20dB.  But absolutely no actual documentation saying so.  The CFM airflow is, okay...  If you want higher airflow at 70mm, I'd recommend the AcoustiFan AFDP 7025B 70mm fans.  But you really can't ask for much at only 70mm.

The only thing that truly works in this case is making sure you have extremely low TDP GPU/CPU/RAM chips and SSDs instead of HDDs.  Otherwise, everything will get hot.

Hi I ordered this case but it didn't come with the crews to hold the motherboard. Is that normal?

It's been a while since I built my HTPC...

That said, I do no think that is normal. If memory serves, the screws for the MoBo did come with the case. There were not many spare screws for hard drives etc. but the motherboard was covered.

Depending on what you are using for your PSU, you may be able to use those screws, assuming you have extra between the two suppliers. If memory serves, they are the same as the ones used for the MoBo.

Will a GT-610 graphic card fix into this case?

I believe you can get a gt-610 with 2 half height i/o plates instead of the full size i/o plate and yes it will mount that way.

Also, there is one full size i/o expansion in this case that runs horizontally at the top, however you will need to use a PCIe ribbon riser to use it.

Can this fit a gtx780 graphics card?

No - you'll need a low-profile card for this one which significantly limits your options.  If you want an HTPC case that will fit a larger graphics card (probably still not a 780, though), try Silverstone's GD-05B.

Question 6

Would a mini ITX fit this case as well as the micro ATX?  Does it have the hole pattern for mounting either one?

This case will only fit a microATX board. We use an ASUS P8Z77-M that works extremely well.
