Question 1

I would like to know if this case will hold a GTX 780 video card?  I don't believe it will, but I would like to be sure.  Thanks.

There is almost 14", over a foot, of space for a video card. 
You should be fine with pretty much any video card on the market.
This case is "almost" the best case I've used.
The only thing that needs to be modified on this case is the backplate where the motherboard sits on, does not have a hole to access mounted CPU fans from the back. So you would have to take your whole MB out of the case to change the CPU fan. (If you needed to mount the support on the back of the MB). This is an easy modification you can do yourself with a Dremel tool.

Where is the power pack mounted top, bottom, front , back?

The power supply is mounted at the top of the case's back. I think Newegg shows it in their picture collection as well.

Hi, can anyone measure the case please? I'd like to get the external dimenasons because I only have a small space and the new Egg listed dimensions don't look correct.

How many fans are there that is included with the case? is there just one in the rear as an exhaust? or does it include fan/fans in the front too? what is the radius of the fan/fans?

Three fans total. One in the back and two in the front.  Don't know the radius of the front fans, but they appear to close to the back fan, and it is 120mm.

Has anyone had a problem with motherboard standoffs being to big for case?

No problems whatsoever with this case, I have six of them with different motherboards and they all fit fine.
