The Cooler Master Elite case offers stylish, professional design that lives up to its L337 street cred! Sleek black exterior is constructed of sturdy cold-rolled steel, and mesh-vented front for superior ventilation. Convenient front I/O panel allows easy access to 2 USB 2.0 ports and audio jacks.
Inside the case, you’ll find a motherboard tray to support your ATX or Micro-ATX motherboard, four 5.25” external drives, two 3.5” external drives, five 3.25” internal drives, plus 7 expansions slots. It’s all easy to assemble with Cooler Master’s screw-less design. All your components will stay cool in the Elite, with its near-silent 120mm exhaust fan, a side air duct and side air vent. The Elite offers your business system style and function for a great price.
Cons: Quick fasteners under-designed. If screws are used to secure expansion cards, the quick fastener will not reseat properly.
Other Thoughts: I have never been disappointed with a cooler master case. This is one of the, if not THE, lowest end case they make. Despite that fact, it was a cinch to build into after fooling with the quick fasteners.

Just OK

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Inexpensive. "Tool-free design". Nice but conservative style. rolled steel - no cut hands. Nice internal layout for large number of drives and air flow. Well packaged/protected.
Cons: Steel is THIN. PSU is not quiet. Tool-less design was a bit of a let down. I ended up having to remove the right side of the case (so much for tool-less) to get one of my drives properly seated. Power button feels cheap. PCI covers are knock-outs -- I had to be very careful when removing a couple due to their proximity to system board capacitors.
Other Thoughts: If the case as a whole didn't feel so cheap, I'd consider it for an entry level server case due to the internal layout, drive space, and airflow. The thin steel and cheap feel of this case is just not a message I'd want to send to a client.

Pros: For the price you cant go wrong with this case. It is fairly solid but I would recommend a different case if you are planning on picking up, and moving your computer around a lot. The airflow is good but an extra 120mm fan in the front greatly improves it as others have stated. In my mind, the aesthetics are a 4/5 because I didn't really care for the grey plastic bezel around the edge (it just looks cheap). I removed the front panel and all the mesh from the front then spray painted the grey bezel black. Now this case looks sweet! It is now very good looking in an understated way especially with a blue 120mm fan in front that shines nicely through the mesh.
Cons: the only gripe I have is that the side panel is fairly flimsy when it is off the case. It's more annoying than anything but once it is attached to the case it is nice and solid.
Other Thoughts: I actually ordered the Cooler Master Elite 335 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119161) when it went on sale for $29.99 which is a total steal in my mind. Instead a recieved this case. I was a little disappointed at first because the aesthetics aren't quite as great as the 335 but the 350 watt PSU came in handy because an old PSU in a dated computer went out and was able to throw this one in it! How ironic, I didn't even have to order another PSU! I would recommend this case to anybody.

Good Case

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Good ventilation via the open screen front face. The filters behind the screen helps keep the dust out. The quick install connectors worked great. The PS worked great so far so no issues there.
Cons: The front cover push pins do work but could be improved.
Other Thoughts: I added another fan in front of the case just to make sure it stays cool. A larger PS would be nice but not

LAME

Tech Level: high - Ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: I don't feel bad throwing it away.
Cons: I got this case without the power supply so I can't comment on that. But the case itself is so cheaply made it can't be used by a respectable person. It looks cheap and tacky and only gets worse over time. The metal is thin and flimsy. The plastic is an eyesore. The worst part is, there are better made cases for less. (if they're on sale)
Other Thoughts: Do not buy it if you are planning on keeping it out in the open.
