Pros: Solid build quality. Easy to install drives. Quick release mechanism for PCI/PCIe slots. Can fit a 120mm fan in the front of the case. Good airflow. Looks good. Fair price.
Cons: For the price and considering it's a mATX case, none.
Other Thoughts: The Elite 341 looks good with the matte black finish. Inside it's pretty standard fare for a mATX case; the ability for a 120mm fan to be mounted in the front is a plus. Build quality is similar to the three other CM Elite cases I own...it's put together well, but the side panels are a bit on the thin side. They don't rattle or vibrate though, so it's not a big deal, especially given the price.

Over priced but good

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Has room for up to 4 120mm fans. Full size power supplies fit. Small footprint with great air flow.
Cons: When you add in shipping this unit is overpriced. But not many choices for cases this size that have 120mm fans.
Other Thoughts: If you buy a microATX case you should not complain about it's size. It is a Micro case. The dimension are list in the specs. Built a system using some spare parts for a light gameing rig used for old XP games I have. Great air flow, runs system very cool. In my case: ASUS P5E-VM HDMI motherboard 6750 CPU @ 3.2GHz 3 GB RAM 1- WD 500 GB hard drive DVD-burner 430 thermaltake power supply 8800 GT video card Sound card added 1 fan to the front
AS with any Micro case think about geting a PS that has modular cabels. The PS I used was one I had laying around but I was able to tie the cables out of the way in the 3.5 bays that I was not using.
Back side panel has a little screw that must be removed to take off that panel. Hard to see and not needed.

Nice case

Pros: Per other reviewers: lightweight, well-designed, excellent ventilation. Motherboard stand-offs pre-installed (extra shipped in accessories baggie). Stock Cooler-Master exhaust fan rotates at ~900 RPM via three-pin motherboard connector; it's effectively noiseless. Tool-less 5.25" and 3.5" mounts quick and easy to use.
Cons: Lack of hard drive mounts (only two; one immediately below the internal 3.5" cage and one on case bottom adjacent front 12 cm fan mount); thin metal construction. Power supply mount may project against fan grills of downward-facing units. Tool-less PCI clips feel flimsy, but are otherwise secure. Cable management is challenging but airflow is excellent. Case side behind motherboard is secured with second screw adjacent internal 3.5" bay.
Other Thoughts: Case is is perfect for a Micro-ATX build. Front filter is well-designed and should prevent most dust from entering. Would like to have seen filter option on side panel (passive ventilation still encourages dust intake). Excellent case for a budget Sempron build; my unlocked Sempron 140/Athlon II X2 4400e chills at 30*C under load.
