4 out of 5 eggsNot bad, but not extremely good either.

Pros: -Very cheap and surprising quality for a budget case
-Thumbscrews to remove side panels
-LOTS of 3.5" drives and 5.25"
-Pretty good looking
-Very nice touch with the blue LED light

Cons: -The expansion slot "cover" for this case is a ONE-TIME removal. You bend it off to place an expansion card and if you need to remove the card, there's an empty space right at the back of the case
-Side panel is a small bit flimsy, but still very usable
-No cable management!
-Most if not all edges inside the case are not rolled, so be careful!

Other Thoughts: Very good budget case if you are not deciding to upgrade too often. It gets the job done and it is very good looking too in mu opinion. There is space for a 120mm fan in the front and also a 92mm (I think) fan on the side right above the CPU. The power supply isn't amazing, but it'll do the job, just don't expect it to work well with a GTX 760+. It might blow.
This was my first build and now I am returning this case because I am looking forward to get another case. However, I did enjoy this case and would recommend this case to any first-time builders.

**My specs**
-CPU: Intel Core i5 4570
-GPU: GTX 750 Ti (SC)
-Motherboard: MSI Z87-G41 PC MATE
-RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu @1600mHz CL9
-Storage: Seagate 1TB SSHD
-Case: [This case]
-Power Supply: [Power supply from this case]

5 out of 5 eggsGood case for your bucks

Pros: Included power supply is higher quality than I expected. Case is sturdier than I expected.

Cons: I cant think of any.

Other Thoughts: I bought this case as part of a new build for a relative. I needed to build on a budget and the fact that this case came with the 500 watt power supply sealed the deal. I figured the case would be flimsy due to price but was surprised at how sturdy it was and the fact that the included power supply was actually cooler master branded and not some generic.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case in a bundle

Pros: The 500 watt power supply is an awesome bundle. Has everything that I needed besides two 6 pin conections. Good air flow. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Cons: The only thing is that the power supply that it comes with only has one 6 pin cable so I had to buy an adapter but other than that I have no complaints.

Other Thoughts: This was my first build ever. That being said, I highly recommend this case.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I had no problems with the case during my PC build. All parts that were supposed to be included were present and they functioned as intended. The power supply appears to be functioning normally - no problems. Plenty of space in this size of tower and the blue light on the front is a nice touch.

Cons: The only con I have to mention is the power button has a lot of play in it when it is depressed. My old computer's (factory build) case seemed more heavy duty and the power button was much more sturdy/stable.

3 out of 5 eggsMisleading - be careful!

Pros: -Overall solid case
-Comes with plenty of screws and other hardware
-Decent front panel USB/Audio
-Plenty of bays and good amount of space
-Decent cable management
-Great for your budget LAN/multipurpose/travel build

Cons: I feel betrayed. This case comes with a 350-watt power supply, why would Newegg list it as 500W?!

Other Thoughts: This isn't the right way to treat consumers. I'm not happy with the fact that this case clearly comes with a 350W psu but is marketed as 500w. Even on the box the "500W" was checked off! Shame on you Coolermaster, I won't be buying from you again. Nor do I want to spend the $40 to ship the stupid thing back just because of the psu.

Manufacturer Response:

db519,
I'm very sorry for the troubles with your Elite 350 case. If you didn't get the PSU that was marked to come with the case, then please contact us directly via Live Chat or in our ticket system so we can get a good look at what happened and help you out. If it's marked to come with a 500W PSU, that's what you should have. If that's not the situation, we want to make it so. Use the Contact Us link below so we can help you out with this and make sure you have what you purchased.

Regards,
Kevin with Cooler Master

2 out of 5 eggsAvoid like the plague

Pros: -Comes with PSU.
-Looks decent in pictures.

Cons: -cheap, brittle plastic parts
-front panel loose and unable to 'anchor' itself
-panel pops off completely when front fan is installed
-PSU quality is questionable at best

Other Thoughts: In helping a friend/customer build a PC recently, we decided on this case. Big mistake. Out of the box, you could tell right away the front panel was very loose. Upon further inspection, we could see the plastic attachment pegs were deformed. No big deal, still seemed functional enough. After installing the front panel fan, the entire panel would not stay attached, at all. I would have to have used tape, or glue or something to keep it on.... no thanks.

The power supply that comes with it, seems to be low quality as well. Highly erratic voltages, and cheap wiring made this PSU very suspicious.

My personal PC is in a Cooler Master Elite 310, bought locally. Best case I've ever had. I can't believe these 2 cases are made by the same company. From now on I will be buying cases locally in town and not online.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear valued customer,
I'm sorry for any troubles you're having with your case. Please feel free to contact us via our ticket system or Live Chat so that we can help you address your concerns.

Regards,
CMUSA Support

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case! Great buy!!

Pros: Lightweight, sleek design, no sharp edges, and with good solid construction. The vented front, back, and sides give it great airflow and helps everything stay cool (for my somewhat budget build) This case is also ideal for budget comps b/c of the pre-installed 500W power supply which runs GREAT and can't be beat for convenience!

Cons: Though I guess it isn't technically a miniature case, it is a bit on the small side; so putting everything together got a little bit difficult. Other than that, nothing. This is a GREAT case for a GREAT price!!!

Other Thoughts: As far as bang for your buck is concerned, I HIGHLY recommend it. This was my first time to custom build a PC, and I couldn't be happier about this case.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Budget build

Pros: Inexpensive, Looks sleek

Cons: Front plastic part snaps off easily, tabs aren't sufficient to keep together and have to be careful when moving. Only one fan - exhaust, would like to have seen a front intake but can be easily installed later

Other Thoughts: Decent price for a budget build

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Inexpensive, looks nice for a budget build, 500W power supply

Cons: received case with a bum power supply, front cover comes off very easily and plastic tabs are no where near sufficient to secure

Other Thoughts: I've bought several other Cooler Master cases and have been very pleased, but those were more expensive cases. Save yourself some trouble and spend an extra $40 or $50 and get a nicer case - you'll be glad you did.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for the trouble that you are experiencing with the RC-350. Please contact us via Live Chat for a replacement I/O panel.

Respectfully,
CMUSA Support
