1 out of 5 eggsService Review not product

Pros: none

Cons: I recieved an email stating this case was a speciel order five days after purchase. I found the amail in the spam folder because of the format of the email. The signature block missing words and the contact information. two days later I received a tracking number with a link to track the package, but it was a broken link. It appears that they made up the tracking number because I have never seen a tracking number with the words shipped in the middle. I am extremely unhappy and I am still waiting for the package to be deliviered,

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Case

Pros: Plenty of room, power supply is great (no failures in any of my builds with this yet) Fits a full R9 280x (barely) I've used this case 5 times now.

Cons: None that I've found.

3 out of 5 eggsNice Case, Bad PSU

Pros: The case itself is nice, decent amount of room and all the USB ports and jacks worked. Plenty of fans with good airflow.

Cons: The PSU will die. It's not a matter of if it will die, but when it will die. This case/PSU combo came as part of a Supercombo here on Newegg. Given the specs of the components that came with the combo I told my nephew he needed to upgrade the PSU before I built it since the video card alone requires a minimum of a 300w PSU. He was anxious and told me he would get one if anything happened. That time is among us and now we are RMAing the PSU. Oddly enough, if they happen to send the 550W v2.3 upgraded version of this power supply it only offer 384W compared to the 360W this one offered. I partly blame Newegg for offering case with a low grade PSU for an FX-8320 processor and an Nvidia GTX 750 video card among the bigger parts of the supercombo.

3 out of 5 eggsIt definitely doesn't have a 500w power supply. I don't know why it says that.

Pros: It's a nice big case that fits the full-length cards i need to put in. Cheap as dirt.

Cons: It doesn't have a $500x power supply. That's pretty much false advertising if I ever saw it. The only reason I bought this case, other than price, was the wattage. It's a bummer when you actually read the power supply that it's 427.9w MAX.

Other Thoughts: If you need a case with a 500w PS, move along. I am hoping this will power what I have, but I expect to be either returning or picking up another PS. In too much of a rush to return right now.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: i got this case/power supply with a combo package,i put it together and it works.it seems as good build as any other lower priced basic cases

Cons: the power supply is branded with a big 500 sticker but it clearly says 360 watts, this was advertised as 500 watt. no usb 3

Other Thoughts: i bought a complete pc combo and the power supply runs everything that came in the package just fine, but i still feel cheated so 1 egg off.

2 out of 5 eggsNice Case, Unacceptable PSU

Pros: For a case in this price range, the quality of materials and the fit and finish of the case are excellent; far better than most of the competition.

Cons: Defective PSU

Other Thoughts: This is an extremely nice case from a purely hardware standpoint. The chassis is really sturdy, everything fits properly, and that isn't so common in this price range. I have no issues with the quality of any materials used in the case. Removing the covers for the 5.25" bays is awkward and counter intuitive, and requires removing the fascia plate. but that's a minor gripe in view of the high quality of the rest of the hardware. Given the price point of the case, I'd have given it a 5 star rating, if only it had a functional power supply.

After the build, the system wouldn't boot. When I put a power supply on the PSU, both 12 volt circuits were at 11.4 volts. One of my bench PSUs booted the system just fine.

Looking at reviews of this case, the one consistent complaint that I consider significant is power supply issues. Very nice chassis, lousy PSU. I can't recommend this case.

4 out of 5 eggsCMP 350

Pros: Cheap case, especially since it has a psu. Ups got it here a day early.

Cons: Psu is 360w, not 500w as advertised. Took an egg off for that, although I shouldn't have as its neweggs fault. I'll purchase else where for my next build.

Cons: not really a con but more of a wish , power supply in my opinion should have been a 600 watt but of well that's why they sell other power supply

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Basic Case

Pros: Decent room to work, Great airflow, decent power supply for basic needs.

Cons: lack of good interior hardware, for the money felt it should have come with quick mount drive hardware.

Other Thoughts: I bought this case for my new pc build for my personal video editing rig. I did not buy it for flash, or for high end gaming. I bought this for a reliable base for my new system. I feel that is what I got at an ok price. There was plenty of room to work, I did not feel cramped in this mid-tower. The power supply is ample provided you are not running an SLI rig or an obnoxious video card. With only one case fan I can feel the air being sucked in the front from only the rear exhause fan so, awesome. The case cables were plenty long as well and were properly routed. My only mild complaint is a lack of hardware for the drives. I expected more out of cooler master than just screws. I have owned cases by antec, lian-li, raidmax, and many lesser makers and just expected a bit more in the hardware department from such a marque name.
