5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Nice and small, looks good under the wall mounted TV.
Used this for an HTPC build with some older stuff I had laying around.

Cons: Top cover is a little tricky to put back on.

Other Thoughts: ASRock A785GM-LE Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 920
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

1 out of 5 eggsNice looking low quality case

Pros: nice form factor for HTPC, good construction, right mix front panel slots and ports, sturdy

Cons: weak power supply, exhibited soft failure requiring forced shutdown and reboot after about 1 month of operation, and complete failure of power supply after 2 months. Not a common size and shape of power supply, hard to find for replacement

Other Thoughts: I would not buy another one of these cases

Manufacturer Response:

You may request a power supply only swap. It is unfortunate that we have to provide replacement to fix the problem via www.hecgroupusa.com/downloads by completing the RMA form and follow the instruction.

5 out of 5 eggsworked for me

Pros: solid choice of materials...steel
well put together
easy build in.

Cons: others have had problems with the PSU, but not yet for me.

card bracket slots a little finicky, but its a quibble.

Other Thoughts: well made, solid materials. I changed out the fan with a pwm version, no problems with the PSU yet (2 months). I run a triple monitor setup for business apps and have a saphire card which fits fine, also running a small wireless card. I use it standing on edge on the included pads.
All in all, extremely well made.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Small-Medium PC

Pros: Using this computer as an HTPC. So small is good, but I wanted a fan so this seemed to be the right fit for me.
Fits nicely as a stack of surround sound - this case - xbox.

Cons: The space to work is a bit tight, but that was expected.
A place to run cables without cable ties/zip ties would be nice.

Other Thoughts: I am very happy with this case and would recommend it to any one who would like to be able to stack this case in a media center.

5 out of 5 eggsNice little case

Pros: It's good looking and blends in well with my A/V Receiver as an HTPC. I put in an Intel MOBO with integrated HDMI Video. SSD boot drive, 3.5" Second drive, Standard size Blu-Ray Drive, and a card reader in the floppy bay.

Cons: The only Con is that you have to use low-profile memory. The standard memory with heatsinks touch the bottom of the ODD. Not enough to take an egg away.

Other Thoughts: Plan your assembly carefully. Everything is a tight fit. Leave the optical drive for last or it will just be in the way. Mount your hard drive(s) first, then the MOBO, run all your cabling, and then mount the optical drive.

2 out of 5 eggsPower supply DOA

Pros: Nice looking case

Cons: Power supply dead out of the box. I had read previous reviews but thought I would take a chance. I tried to power the MSI board outside of the case. The unusual standoff arrangement looked like it might short out the board on the bottom of the case so I powered, or attempted to power the board outside. Fan never turned, no beeps or lights no cpu fan, nothing. Put it in the case a retried. nothing. Used paperclip jumper across plug with no results. No smoke or pops or flames, just nothing.
