5 out of 5 eggsExtremely quiet HTPC

Pros: Very quiet front fan. The power supply is enough for a low end AM1 build. Everything has been reliable.

Cons: You will need to remove the power supply to install any hard drives. Otherwise the internal layout is fine.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Nice, cheap, small form factor, able to fit in most TV cabinets

Cons: Fans are kind of loud, but I keep mines in a closed cabinet.

Other Thoughts: I've had this case for 2 1/2 years now and it stays on most of the time and the power supply hasn't died yet.

5 out of 5 eggsNice for the price

Pros: Solid construction
Simple elegant design
Ships with PS
Nothing missing
Well packaged for shipping

Cons: None for my particular application

Other Thoughts: If you want a case for a simple HTPC running a minimal
Low power MoBo & precessor this is perfect. Given the air flow, I'd advise against it if you want a lot of hard drives &/or memory. My App puts a BCS micro ATX MoBo with a 45W pentium and a 80gig SSD. for the purpose of running streaming vids or vids on a USB drive, or playing music..TCO < $200 (I had memory from another systems upgrade). There's room for a lot more in there but I'd beef up the air flow if I wanted to power it up.

5 out of 5 eggsNo complaints for an HTPC

Pros: Small but functional. Power supply adequate. -VERY- sturdy.

Cons: 3pin Power LED required some "surgery" for a board with only a 2pin header.
Alignment is a little awkward if your optical drive is large.

Other Thoughts: Front firewire kind of obsolete nowadays, but easily covered with a case badge.
Could cover RAM slots, has about an inch of clearance to the CPU cooler actually.

All things considered, I'm pretty impressed with this case, especially for the price. There are some negative reviews concerning the power supply, but it's plenty adequate for me. If I have any trouble with it, I'll update this.

5 out of 5 eggsConfusing size

Pros: Looks great, has exactly what it said it had.

Cons: I was trying to fit in a console and Newegg happened to have the correct sizes reported for width vs. depth. However, the picture provided for the top-down, if measured, showed clearly that it was wider than it was deep--so i assumed that the specs were swapped. I confirmed this, I THOUGHT, on the manufacturers site. However, turns out neweggs written depth was correct, so i was a bit upset.

Please fix that picture so the aspect ratio becomes realistic!

3 out of 5 eggsA year and a half and 2 PSU's later...

Pros: Good case and nice design.

Cons: Power supply has died twice for no reason.

Other Thoughts: Luckily, HEC is cool about replacing them. Just a pain in the a**. You can get the RMA here: http://hecgroupusa.com/downloads/

2 out of 5 eggsLooks nice

Pros: Nice looking, inexpensive.

Cons: Tight inside, drive installation can be a chore. First power supply failed and was replaced under warranty. Second power supply also failed. Right now I'm running a scavenged PSU from a HP w/ similar form factor. It's not an exact fit, so It's just sitting inside the case.

Other Thoughts: Don't trust the PSU. Undervolt the front 80mm fan for a quiet ride. Use some black tape over the lights on the front to avoid distractions while watching TV or movies (or just don't connect them). I probably would not buy this case again based on my experience with the PSUs, but it does look nice next to my receiver, and the power light integrated with the power button is dim enough to be non-intrusive even in a dark room.

3 out of 5 eggsNeeds a better PSU

Pros: Inexpensive

Cons: Power supply died after 16 days. Top of case doesn't fit properly.

Other Thoughts: Against my better judgment, I hoped that I wouldn't be one of those who have the power supply die shortly after purchase. I wouldn't buy this again. I've used Lian Li for my previous builds. Should have done that this time.

1 out of 5 eggsPSU failed

Pros: Good form factor

Cons: PSU failed and unit no longer powers on after 1.5 years of ownership.

Other Thoughts: I suppose you need a quality power supply and this is what you get for buying one packaged with a case.

Would not recommend, lots of problems with power supply. Only 1 year warranty and it seems these things start going bad right around then.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case for HTPC

Pros: Great Form Factor
Plenty of Room to make a clean looking PC inside and out
Great for HTPC

Cons: Better Power Supply always helps but as a whole Case and PSU are rock solid!
