4 out of 5 eggsStill going strong over 4 years later

Pros: Well constructed (strong steel) for the price bracket it falls into. Quick release (no tool) side cover and drive areas are very handy. Good ventilation using an older 2.6Ghz P4 (533mhz FSB).

Cons: Side cover is sometimes slightly difficult to align but really not a big deal.

Other Thoughts: I've been using this case for over 4 years with a ASUS P4P800S mobo with a 2.6GHz P4 CPU o/c to 2.8Ghz. Only the standard intel HS/Fan on it. It runs very cool, even o/c'd (about 54-55 C). Highly recommend this case to anyone as it is very well constructed and the metal gauge of case is heavy at least for this price bracket.

5 out of 5 eggsdirck what are you talking about?

Pros: Ok, this is the best case on Newegg in my opinion. I have owned this case for a couple of years and it's been great. Solid build quality, great front panel, tool-less, excellent layout, very very quiet design. I highly suggest you contact EVERCASE and get 2 things - A. the extra lower hard drive cage (and) B. 2 sets of rubber silencer grommets for your hard drive cages. These things make my raptors virtually silent, and these are generally considered one of the loudest hard drives. Also with the good placement of the fan they stay very cool and thus have less internal wear/less failure chance. Big plus. Finally, for the price and features this case cannot be beat.

Cons: Look, "dirck" doesn't know what he's talking about. I have a 120mm fan on the rear with NO PROBLEM. It's extremely quiet too (besides be a low speed fan). There is plenty of room in front of the lower hard drive cage for a fan, which will blow on both the upper and lower hard drives. I'm currently using a 96mm there, and you could even put a 120mm if you wanted. That guy doesn't know what he's talking about.

Other Thoughts: Freaking cheap, and sometimes goes on sale (like now, 11/2/2007) and every once in a while they put a rebate on it. Great customer service from the manufacturer btw.

3 out of 5 eggsNot impressed

Pros: Easy-open access

Cons: Adding a 120 mm fan at rear rubs against the grating. Not enough room between lower drive cage and front for a fan, and installing a 120mm fan in the front creates a huge noise anyway, because of the odd shape of the front grating.

Other Thoughts: Bought because of a good review at
http://www.silentpcreview.com/
but may have to replace the case.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid, Good Quality

Pros: Solid construction, nice paint job, lots of tool free features, 120mm fan, tough paint job, overall quality, easy to mod,

Cons: case side has to be put on 'just right' or it goes on misaligned.

Other Thoughts: I've used this case for six years as a base for modding projects. I still have the first one I built. It is still as sturdy as ever. It looks great too.

4 out of 5 eggsComputer Case

Pros: The case is easy to set up and nice to look at. It has alot of the newer features which are very nice to have. The USB ports are centered which is what I was looking for and the drives are easy to install.

Cons: There are only two hard disc drive spaces and they are right next to eachother. The side door is a real trick to open and at times to close.

Other Thoughts: I would buy this case again in a minute. The only reason I would not buy it is if I needed to get into the case alot.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Case

Pros: Nice sturdy case. Simple and clean. I've built 3 Systems with this case thus far will buy again. Despite what the other reviewer said you can put an 80 mm fan in the front not an 120mm.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case Company

Pros: Built a machine for my wife from one of their cases, it has a purple front fascia. I can't complain, the wife picked the color! This has been a great case. The low need for tools in the installation was very nice. I closely compairs to my Cooler Master Centurion. Really good quality.

Cons: This is the only con with this case. It does not allow for mounting 80mm fans in the front of the case. As I said, my only complaint!

Other Thoughts: The metal is sturdy, and it has made an excellent home from my wifes AMD system. The temps stay fairly cool and it just looks good. Buy it, you won't be sorry!

5 out of 5 eggsNice basic case.

Pros: Great basic case. Lots of room for expansion and upgrades. Good deal too. Comes with plenty of screws and other harware.

Cons: The toolless features kinda get in the way at times, but that's nothing really. I just replaced the PCI bracket with screws.

Other Thoughts: Not very flashy, which is how I like it. Very basic and simple at a good price. I definately recommmen it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cheap case

Pros: This case has great features for a case in this price range. Hard drive carriage is easily removable, and CD/DVD drives are held in without screws.

Cons: Hard drive carriage will only hold 2 drives.
