Not everyone has the space – or need - for a massive system. Antec’s NSK1380 is a compact, cubic design that allows it to fit into nearly any workspace. Despite its small size, it’s big on features.
In addition to being spacious enough to fit a microATX motherboard, there is room for four full height PCI expansion cards as well as a single 5.25” external drive bay and a trio of 3.5” HDD drive bays. The drive cage flips up for easy installation of the drives and a universal optical drive bay cover is included for the external drive.
A 120mm fan draws out heat and included thermal interface tape efficiently transfers heat away from the HDD to the cage where it can be dispersed. The included 350 Watt custom power supply is 80 PLUS certified to save the environment as well as costs on your monthly electrical bill. The silver and black external panels are triple-layered to dampen system noise. The NSK1380 is versatile enough to house a multimedia PC, contain a mobile gaming box, or serve as your primary desktop PC.
Pros: Nice design. One takedown screw in the back removes the top panel, and the top panel holds the sides in place. Planned to replace PSU with a PicoPSU and put a single 120mm fan in its place. It would have been nice, but...
Cons: The top cover of the case looks like cheap plastic, because it is cheap plastic. It would have looked 100% better if they covered the top with the same material as the sides. The side panels slide and lock into place with a little plastic tab that hooks over the back of the case. The hook on the left side was bent out of shape on my case (it's made of plastic) and so the left side would slide off with just the slightest handling. The clips should have been metal. The top panel is designed to keep the sides from coming off while it is attached. The left side fell out anyway.
The plastic front panel looks cheap.
Behind the front panel are vent holes in the metal frame. There are two large slots on the front of the case to pull air in. Unfortunately, they are curved to the center, giving the air to the optical drive and center 3.5" slot rather than the two hard drives on each side, which have to get their air pulled in from much smaller openings on the bottom front.
Other Thoughts: This would have been a nice case if they had put a little more care into the design. There are nice touches here and there, but not quite as many as the P180. Antec would do well to put a little more metal into their cases. Some for looks, but especially when it comes to functional items that are prone to fail. In this case, it was a plastic tab that wouldn't engage and lock into the back of the case. Antec also uses plastic tabs to hold the sides onto this case (and my P180) and you have to take a lot of care not to break them off.

Decent microATX case
Reviewed By: antiks cube on 5/9/2008
Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: Compact, doesn't feel "cheap", power supply is REMOVABLE and REPLACEABLE, has a drive cage, fun to play with.
Cons: A bit difficult to work with, since the thing is small. Patience is key. Not much room between CPU and PSU, so a "flat" cooler is a must. Airflow isn't great, but shouldn't be a problem if you run low power components.
Other Thoughts: Contrary to other what other reviewers have said, the power supply can be replaced. The model is AR-350 and is available through Antec (look under "spare parts"). It fits the older Aria and NSK1300 as well.

Pros: * Form factor with three 3.5" internal bays * Quite 120 mm fan * Removable drive cage for easy install and mobo access * Comes with an additional fan to fit in your expansion card slots.
Cons: * Side panels don't stay put very well and pop out too easily * Lack of quality control. A wire was sticking out inside the power supply making contact with 120 mm fan causing noise. I had to remove the power supply and tuck in the wire using a screw driver. * Lacks modular power supply
Other Thoughts: I used this case to build a NAS device. Over all its a fairly descent case, and with minor improvements from Antec, it could turn into a great case. Very quite!

Nice small gaming pc case

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Case is very thick. Absorbs sound very well. Power supply included. Easy to work on and tear apart. Looks great and is just the right size to be able to put in a dedicated video card.
Cons: Kinda wish the power supply was more watts. I despise using the PCI slot style fans. I ditched the one that was included and mounted a regular fan on the top of the case.
Other Thoughts: I wonder how much of a pain in the behind its going to be when the power supply dies to find a replacement.

Cons: It was a little difficult to install the motherboard.
