Antec combines size, quality, features and low price to deliver the ultimate gaming case. The smallest of Antec’s “Hundred” series designed for the Do-It-Yourself gamer. Its overall matte-black finish shows that you – and your system – mean business.

The front panel includes a pair of USB 2.0 inputs as well as jacks for a headphone and microphone. The front bezel is perforated for maximum air intake and it has a washable filter to reduce dust within the system. Seven expansion card slots let you load up on graphic and other options up to – and including – a full height ATX motherboard. A rear-mounted 120mm TriCool fan as well as a top-mounted 140mm TriCool fan – both with 3-speed switch control – draw air through the case.

In addition, there's space for an additional pair of 120mm fans behind the front bezel to cool the HDD’s as well as the option to mount a third 120mm fan on the side of the case to cool the GPU. This combo includes an ANTEC BP430 430W power supply to deliver strong power to all system components. 5 out of 5 eggsDecent case

Pros: Build a PC with this 3 years ago, working fine. Good power supply, and you can't say that for all case+ps combos. Enough room inside for what you need. I build this with a sempron and athlon processor, and 4 gb of ram, basic build I managed to put together for under 175 for a whole pc back then. This thing was like 50$ with the ps at the time.

Cons: Ps does not have many sata connections remember this old, but works well.

5 out of 5 eggsBasic Sturdy Case - Fits an HD-5870

Pros: First and foremost, everything about this case is working as expected.

I have replaced the original 430W PSU with an 850W Corsair model. The original PSU was used to build a computer for my sister and is working fine.

I have added three 125mm fans, two in the front and one on the side. This allows me to run the included fans at their slowest speed and still have plenty of airflow to cool the computer.

The reason I upgraded the PSU, was because I purchased an HD-5870 Eyefinity6 eddition by Saphire. I was nervous about whether the card would fit in the case, but by shifting my hard drives down a few slots it slipped right in. I have had no issues with cable management, as there is plenty of room to store the unused cables between the drive racks and the side of the casse.

The SSD mounting location is simple, but works well.

Cons: Does have a few resonances driven by the HDDs.

Other Thoughts: For the price at the time, this was a hard case to beat.

5 out of 5 eggsGood and Roomy

Pros: Good sturdy case for my first build. lots and lots of room. Fans are quiet at the lowest speed, I haven't tried/needed the higher speeds. Lots of thumb screws provided for mounting drives. The look of the case on the outside is all black and stylish without being flashy. Lots of options for mounting extra fans.

Cons: Might be nice to have tool-less drive bays.

Fan speed controlls are on wires that hang from fans. Might be better if these were mounted on back panel so the fan speed could be changed without opening case.

Neither con is enough to doc an egg IMHO.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: Good case and PSU for a reasonable price. Case is big, good airflow, fans are quiet at low speeds. Overall, I like working with this case and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Includes 1 top and 1 rear cooling fan 3-way speed manually adjustable. Room for 2 more cooling fans to be added in the bottom-front of the case, and 1 more on the side panel.

Cons: Only 3 SATA connectors on the BP430 power supply; it was not a problem in my case.

I wish the HDD bays loaded from the side rather than facing toward the back of the case; also not a problem for me because I won't be modifying this computer frequently.

Other Thoughts: I liked the Antec Three Hundred so much I have in my main rig that I bought a second Antec Three Hundred case to put the hardware from my old rig and make an HTPC.

Bottom mounted power supply.

If you need a gaming rig, or something with higher power requirements, the Antec Three Hundred is a good case but you should consider a better power supply than the BP430. (I have an Antec TruePower TP-750 in my gaming rig.)

1 out of 5 eggsDOA Product

Pros: Antec brand is highly trustworthy and reliable. Case looks like and has many expansion options. Good cooling and ventalation options. Quiet fans included in case.

Cons: Powersupply was faulty and caused two motherboards/processors to fail when used. By the time the true problem was discovered the 30 day RMA from Newegg had expired. Power supply is underpowered for anything above an i5 processor and low end video card. Unclear instructions on Antec site for RMA through manufacturer.

Other Thoughts: Purchased this system as a kit through Newegg. I have had much success with system builds before but hever have purchased a bundle. Will probably stay away from bundles going forward in order to avoid further complications with parts.

Manufacturer Response:

Hi,

Please write us at VIP@antec.com and one of our support members will promptly reply. We apologize for the possible malfunction as well as the unclear instructions. Let's hope it's smooth sailing from here on out. Thank you.

5 out of 5 eggsTough case

Pros: Front filters, good construction, lots of room, lots of vents

Cons: Front looks a little funny with CDROM drive installed

Other Thoughts: Overall I like the case. Works well for the price and well made. There is room for a ton of airflow and the included fans are pretty quiet. I ended up putting in even more quiet fans, but they came up good. The front fan filter is useful in keeping out dust in the case. Only complaint is the CD drive doesn't flap down so it doesn't look as good with a drive installed. I ended up just using a USB CD drive because I thought it looked too weird.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This is one of the BEST budget priced cases that I have purchased. Case includes PS and has a great design with plenty of space for expansion and cooling. Very low noise fans with two small blue LED's for power and HDD activity.

Cons: Would like it to come with a little higher wattage PS. Even if the price was a little more. (but for this price I can’t complain).

Other Thoughts: It has a very handsome look that would be especially nice for larger media PC's

2 out of 5 eggsRebate/NO SHOW

Pros: Good and Quiet, Good Air Flow, Reason purchase antec power supply included and rebate.

Cons: No Show Rebate this is the reason for the 2 eggs. Rebate stiffs are a real issue with me. IF YOU OFFER PAY UP.

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT case!

Pros: -Sturdy
-Good power supply
-Great air flow

Cons: -Drive bay inserts are a tad cheesy, and hard to remove, but overall look good.

-Bottom mounted power supply, with top case vent. I'd prefer a closed top, with a top mounted power supply, but nevertheless it's a great case.

Other Thoughts: At the price I paid for this case, $70 including shipping, if on sale again I will probably buy 2 or 3 more. At $110 with shipping (off-sale price) it's not worth it. Case prices in general are out of control these days, and as a result I recycle cases with new internal hardware for the rest of my machines.

2 out of 5 eggsDisappointed

Pros: Came with a power supply

Cons: Overpriced, Cheap and Flimsy feel to it.

Other Thoughts: For the price, even with a cheap throw-in PSU, I wish I would have went for one of the cheaper cases, since it was for my kid's machine. I actually ended up buying a case a 3rd the price of this one and the build quality felt similar, but the cheaper case seemed to have more features. I've bought Antec cases for a long time and this one disappointed me.
