Question 1

Can this case fit both an EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P2 Power Supply, and a Corsair H100i radiator?

Yes it will the case is pretty large.  The psu mounts on the bottom and the top has all the mounting points and provisions for liquid cooling.  You will need to remove the fans currently mounted in the location to mount your liquid cooler. It is a very good case with nice cable management and ventilation.

does this case include a power supply?

Nipe. It comes as is with the case. Any regular ATX PSU should work fine for it though as it is quite the large case.

Can I mount a Corsair H100i GTX Water Cooler (240mm) inside this case?
Top or Rear?

The top would be the best place to mount this.
Drawbacks would be that there isn't much room in the back-top (fan power connectors)  I've got an H50 mounted on the rear, but have also had it mounted on the top.

will a micro-ATX motherboard work with this case?

This case is really large case. I built a machine using an ATX motherboard. It is a far bigger case than I needed. In my opinion, it is an inappropriate case for a micro-ATX motherboard. Antec makes some smaller cases with would work much better.

Question 5

Concerning the outward appearance of this case, does the p280 feature mostly steel & aluminum on the front and sides or is there a lot of gaudy plastic bits showing?

The sides are black-painted steel. The front is grey aluminum and black plastic. Aesthetically, it's pretty spare except for the blue internal fan light, which is visible through the vent on the top of the case. I wouldn't call any aspect of the case "gaudy." There are barely even any logos visible, except for the faint "ANTEC" embossed on the bottom of the front panel.

I've had this case for a few years now and I love it.  During a recent PCS (military move) to Korea one of the legs snapped off and another is almost broken off.  How can I go about getting replacements legs for my tower?

Probably a stupid question. Will my Antec Earthwatts EA-380 fit in this case? Hate to buy the case and not have the power supply work in there.

Yes, it will fit.  This is a great case by the way, I have two and love them both.  Also look at the P100 model, slightly smaller but very similar, the P280 is a BIG case.

How much room between the top of the motherboard and the top of the case? is there enough room for an H80i radiator and fans at the top, or would they need to go elsewhere?

There are 2.25 inches of space between the top of a standard ATX motherboard and the top case if you remove the top fans.

Question 9

Antec says the P280, P100, 1100 and 1900 are compatible with their water cooler, Model 1250.  How is the 1250 cooler positioned or installed in the P280 case?

At the top of the case. There are to 2 120mm fans on the top of the case, you can remove them and install the 1250's radiator. There is more than enough clearance for it.
