Up to six 5.25" drives can be mounted for external access with two bays being convertible to mount 7" devices including an optional 7" LCD touch screen monitor. Another three 3.5" drives can be mounted internally. All drives can be installed without the use of tools and with removable drive cages. Up to seven PCI expansion cards can be similarly installed tool-free. What tools you might use frequently can be stored in a convenient compartment at the base of the front bezel.

The SwordM takes cooling seriously. Ventilation openings are spaces all around the case for optimal thermal dissipation. The revolutionary open back plate design provides maximum internal airflow and the stylish back door eliminates cable clutter which also improves the flow of air within the case. Up to 12 120mm fans can be utilized to cool the case and its components. A 120mm blue LED fan is mounted in the front to draw air in, and 120mm fans are mounted in pairs in the top and rear panels to exhaust the heat. And, because current processors and graphic cards generate increased thermal loads, the case has been configured to accept a liquid cooling system with built-in reserved mounting holes for water pumps, reservoirs and pre-drilled holes for water tubing. The case includes a pair of reenforced carrying handles as well as four castering wheels to allow for easy movement.
