4 out of 5 eggsGood enough for 1st build

Pros: While looking for components for my first build, I spotted this case because it was affordable and it had a lot of room, which my large hands needed to work in. I liked the outside looks and interior and the three included fans. After the build I added two more fans and may still add another side fan. Quality isn't lacking in this case. My build went easy and much of that was due to this case, which I still like but wouldn't buy another.

Cons: 1.) I found the hot swap insert to be awkward at best. It works but it was difficult to engage an HDD into position and even more difficult to pull it out of the slot. I no longer use it.

2.) The front plastic bevel is difficult to install. I now try to avoid having to remove it. The power button sticks out and is located near the right front edge of the case - a very vulnerable place: my cat can turn my computer off and on and does.

3.) Despite the case size, the room for cable management behind the motherboard is miserly. I try to avoid opening that part of the case also.

Other Thoughts: All-in-all, i still like this case - for a first build I could have chosen worse cases. My Thermaltake rebates (case and power supply) went through quickly without a hitch.

5 out of 5 eggsReally Like this case!

Pros: This is a great all around case for the money, with the right mother board that allows you to make your SATA drives Hot Swappable you can use the external drive port for transferring data. It has good air flow and is quite.

Cons: The only con is that newegg or no else seems to carry it anymore and I would buy more if I could.

3 out of 5 eggsLots of Room Hotswap Connector needs help

Pros: Lots of space H70 cooler and extra fans keep my system down to 30-40c

Cons: Hot swap connector poorly designed! not for constant use it wears out fast I have to wiggle the drive to get a connection I had the same issue with a previous Thermaltake case with a top loading dock! Thermaltake's support about this issue is poor they want you to send them a $0.50 plastic part back before they will relace it so I just dealt with it, and won't be buying from them again just based on there additude toward customer service!!!

5 out of 5 eggsnice case

Pros: great case, this is my third Thermaltake armor case after the Armor+ and armor mx. have always been impressed with the options you have with these cases for both airflow and water cooling

Cons: wish they supplied the case with a filter for the 120mm side and top vents which I have not put fans on.

Also, unless you are planning on getting a USB 3.0 expansion card with one connector on the inside, the front panel connector that hooks up in the back might bug some people

3 out of 5 eggsIt buzzes

Pros: Keeps everything well-cooled.

Cons: It buzzes. Somehow it has to have *just* the right positioning to be quiet - any other position causes it to pulse, as if something is resonating or something. It's incredibly annoying and very easy to cause by bumping it. I've removed all drives and something on the outside of the case is still buzzing, so it's definitely the case.

Other Thoughts: Wouldn't recommend it unless you wear headphones all of the time.

4 out of 5 eggsgreat for the price

Pros: this case has a lot of room and is easy to use. there are some nice stock fans and it sits a good height off the ground with the llegs, even with a rug underneath. hard drives are very easy to install and cable management with the included square clips is easy. starts up smooth and makes little to no noise when its on, only reason my wife knows its on is when the front led is on.

Cons: cable management holes lack protective rubber, its just rounded metal. a little tight in the back if you go for the most consealed cable layout like me, had to kinda squish the pannel on with all the psu cables back there. hdd Golding trays feel kinda fragile but do their purpose. no holder to put hardware in like my slimdon and I did like the fold out design slimdon has but still worth the money.

Other Thoughts: absoluley amazing with the combo deal for this and the 850 thermaltake grand, thank you newegg

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing case

Pros: -Great air flow, good on cable management and blue lights are a plus!
-Easy pull off and snap on front and cool easy swap feature even though I don't expect to use it ha!
-USB 3 great option!

Cons: USB 3 doesn't connect directly to the mobo (motherboard) also there is no rubber padding for the PSU to sit on but if your not that picky buy it.

Other Thoughts: People who said they had problems with this case have no idea wat they are saying its a great buy. The lights are bright though but its as easy as pulling off the front case swapping a fan and problem solved. As far as ease of use goes its extremely straightforward everything except an SSD card can be snapped or pinched into place.

3 out of 5 eggsNot as good

Pros: Good looking. Lots of hard drives slots. Good amount of headroom for third-party CPU coolers.

Cons: 1) It's not completely tool free. I still need to screw in the hard drives on the "EasySwap" cases. The manual recommended this to secure the drives.

2) There's hardly any space behind the hard drives because EasySwap inserts from the left side. I have SATA cables that have L-shaped (90 degrees) connector, and it's crowded back there.

3) The front panel USB has a cable with only a 4-pin plug. Newer motherboards only have 10-1 pin connectors.

Other Thoughts: From the price, I expected a lot from this case. Unfortunately, it doesn't beat my previous Antec Three Hundred case, which Newegg currently has on sale for $40 AR.

4 out of 5 eggsRoomy and great airflow

Pros: There is a ton of space in this case and I love the drive bays. With the rebate it is great bang for your buck.

Cons: I wish I could turn off the blue lights.

Other Thoughts: People have complained about the wire management, it certainly isn't flashy, but it gets the job done.
