5 out of 5 eggsImpressive case

Pros: Modular design makes building a lot easier to put everything together. Fans very quiet.

Cons: USB 3.0 uses a cable not the motherboard header. Does tend to run a little hot

3 out of 5 eggsairflow sucks

Pros: -small
-no fan noise
-100% modular

Cons: -cant replace top 230mm fan with aftermarket fans or use it as intake
-all fans in this case barely move any air to cool your system
-to much money to spend on a case with poor airflow
-no room for cable management
-wire restrict airflow

Other Thoughts: thought it was a good case until i started to notice my pc parts heating up cuz the airflow sucks thinking of replacing the 2 60mm and 1 90 in the front with better RPM fans that move air better.

5 out of 5 eggsAwsome Case

Pros: - Looks Cool
- Customizable (water cooling)
- Modular (Made build really easy)
- Easy to carry.

Cons: - Runs hot

- Very little space if you don't get a modular power supply.

Other Thoughts: I love this case. Make sure that you get a modular power supply if you can! Even if you are a master with cords it will still be a nightmare to work with and will still lack great airflow. If you really like this case and are wondering whether to get it or not; do it!

5 out of 5 eggsLove it!!

Pros: Absolutely awesome would recommend it to anyone!!

Cons: not a lot in water cooling options, would like it to see some of that in the future.

Other Thoughts: If you're planing on modding you case to get a Thermaltake WATER2.0 to fit pay attention to where your SATA ports are for the mobo you want to put in to it, as i put a ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M into mine after the mod, and i'm limited to only using 3 out of 8 SATA ports. this is because the 2nd fan on the radator of the cooling system is just about flush with the SATA 0, & 2-6 ports. PLEASE, learn from my mistake, just make sure your SATA ports are pointing UP not sideways and you'll be good to go.

4 out of 5 eggsNeat case.

Pros: Nice windows on each side to show off your work. Lights are a plus.

The case is comprised of a few modules that come out and let you mount components and then reassemble. Uses standard ATX PSU.

Cons: The USB 3.0 port on the front uses a pass-through instead of a MoBo header. I plan to get an adapter and replace it.

The PSU blocks a good portion of the top fan.

At over a year and a half old, this case is on the expensive side.

5 out of 5 eggsAzzitude doesn't know what he's saying

Pros: As stated by everyone else except Azzitude

Cons: Just becuase this case is micro-ATX does not mean it's not for gaming? You don't need a big case for it to be considered a gaming case. Thermaltake did a great job of making this case look like a gaming case by putting agressive features on it such as the indents and LEDs. Good luck bringing a case like the MK-1 to a LAN party. This is why smaller cases were invented. To make things protable. Who says gaming PCs have to stay stationary? Your logic makes no sense.

2 out of 5 eggsATX Power Supply

Pros: Sturdy

Cons: WARNING: Uses ATX sized Power supply, NOT MicroATX!

I ordered a microatx power supply and got everything at about the same time and was very disappointed to find that it does not fit in the case!

Other Thoughts: it was bigger then I thought but that was not an issue

5 out of 5 eggsbest case ive ever owned

Pros: customization is easy and the case fits anything you could want in a micro case. .

Cons: *psu mounted right above the cpu is kinda inconvenient. i went with liquid cooling and have had no issue with heat at all. currently running amd 965 oc@ 3.8ghz at 38c idle and >50c max load. to me this was more of an opportunity to try out liquid cooling then a con but i could infidelity see it as a con to some.

*if your mobo doesnt have its pcie 16x slot as the first slot then there are size restrictions unless you remove the 3.5 drive on the left front of the case.

Other Thoughts: space for only two hhd is kinda a bummer but i cant list that as a con. the case is tiny; it is what it is. ive done some pretty sweet case mods with this one, hit me up if your interested in some suggestions or pictures.

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME Micro ATX CASE!

Pros: OK so here is the deal, if you are looking for a nice small case that you can still add a REAL video card, then this is the one, feels well build, stays cool to the touch, lots of room to add (for a cube case), GET THIS IF YOU ARE BUILDING A SMALL COMPUTER!!!

Cons: As stated by other users this is not a gaming case, well they are wrong!, as long as you know what you are doing this is a great case for gaming/moding, the issue that i see are the fans, the top fan (230mm Fan) stated on newegg tells you this "1 x 230mm Top blue LED fan (exhaust, 800rpm, 15dBA) so it is silent but it is not an exhaust direction, it's intake, i have not yet tried to flip it since someone here stated that it cannot be done (i doubt it), the other fans (2 x 60mm Rear fan) they are exhaust but the RPM on them are only 1500rpm each! now on newegg you can buy a 1900-4200 RPM for under ten bucks! i tell you guys this becase the 2 60mm fans are the ONLY! exhaust fans in the case, soooo if you replace this it would definitely move air better, also it would not hurt if you buy other fans (whatever size) and wire tie them to the side of the case (honeycomb pattern)

Other Thoughts: it may just be me but i looks like something out of HALO (forerunner architecture)

5 out of 5 eggsThe Next BIG thing

Pros: Massive Airflow

Cons: 200MM fan went up in flames

Other Thoughts: So I bought this for a media center, ya its a little big but a great conversation starter anyways, during the build the 200MM fan in the top went up in flames ...1 Call and 4 days later I have a new fan, Thermaltake Support was great and i really did not want to send it back to Newegg ... the build was:
MSI a75 Board
A6 Trinity with stock cooler
2x4gb 2133 Gskill Ripjaws
3x2TB drives
LG BDROM
CoolerMaster 550 PS

It all runs on windows7 pro @ 34c all day long .... VERY Happy with thermaltake cases, I have 4 of the Chaser MK-1's and they have been phenominal in quality...as for that fan, I have never seen that in 30 yrs of building computers.....got my heart going for a sec.
