No. The you will have to look for this old school connector on the motherboard you choose to install.

How in the world do I remove the front panel? I'm really struggling and I need to install a fan.

At the bottom there is a small lip. You must apply a fair amount of force. Also remember all the 5-1/4 bays must be empty (lid is fine) before removing

Yes, you can pop off the cover, slide in the drive, and lock it in place.

Will this case fit a 600w power supply?

There is enough room in the bottom of the case for a standard ATX power supply and a case fan. So even if your power supply is longer than a standard it would fit you just wouldn't be able to install a fan in the bottom of the case.

Can you see through the glass?

Yes, the glass is transparent, however, it will scratch over time if you remove the panel a lot. Great budget case. I recommend it.

The case should have plenty of room for cable management if you do it right. This case was actually my first build, but I managed to fit everything in just fine, so it shouldn't be a problem.

It has motherboard screws, and standoffs. There are a few extra of everything included in a hardware box.

First question, what does it mean by ATX not included power supply, and two, does this have all the cables I need for a case?

It does not come with a power supply.  You have to buy that separately.  It comes with all the cables for the case.  The power supply will have all your power cables.

Warning, a full size ATX board is tight.  I had to mount my cpu cooler sideways (cooler Master Hypo 212 EVO).  I would not recommend if you want this CPU cooler.  I made it fit, but there is NO extra room.

Probably a better case for a smaller board and definitely a smaller cooler.

How quiet is this tower?

The case itself has no sound dampening at all. I purchased this case as an inexpensive option for a development server I was building. Lets just say I was not very happy with the acoustics of this case. However, I believe it would be fair to say that with the right highend internal components like a mid range or highend power supply that can operate in a silent fan mode, a highend or midrange video card  that can also operate in a fanless cooling mode and either an AIO water cooler or a Noctua air cooler this case might fair better, but then again if you are going to purchase higher end components why purchase this case. If you are worried about acoustics look at something like NZXT's H440 or other cases which have some level of sound dampening. I am a case whore and I have used cases from just about every manufacture out there and the H440 Razer is one of the quietest cases I have ever used. I have also used acoustic dampening material to help sound insulate some of my builds but keep in mind sound mating like Dynamat can also hold in heat. So if you go that route make sure your build has proper ventilation.

can this case fit GTX 1070? :D

I have a Asus Strix 1070 in mine - fits with no problem at all.  Also, the 3.5" drive bay has a little round hole which is a perfect fit for an allen key (with a little heat shrink applied to stop the key sliding down too far) making a really professional  looking graphics card rest - to prevent GPU-droop.
