1 out of 5 eggsOn second thought

Pros: LCD readout

Cons: 1) Feet flop around and break off
2) top (FRONT) audio causes short and shuts down computer, also causes sound to break up, and disconnect
3) No real air flow solution, Front fan has so much blockage it does nothing, had to drill holes in the front, and cut a hole in the bottom
4)LCD read outs are way off
5)Side fan interferes with Graphics Card power cables, unless you tie them off the get in the fan and short the computer
6)Top mounted PSU is gasping for air with no air flow

Other Thoughts: I thought this was a good deal,
Am now having to pay for another case, because this one is useless.
DO NOT BUY IT

5 out of 5 eggsJust arrived

Pros: It's huge, absolutely what I will be using for awhile. Definitely doesn't look like I'll need to upgrade my case in a while. The locks are very useful seeing as I'm in college.

All fans indeed came installed and everything is in its working order.

Can't believe I got this for $94, thats tax and shipping included. Absolute steal. The tool less design is great.

Cons: It's intimidating.

Other Thoughts: This is the first piece I will be upgrading for my computer and I've run into a bit of a problem. I'm not sure if I'll be able to connect everything that comes with the case onto my Motherboard. "PEGATRON CORPORATION VIOLET" and it kind of saddens me but hopefully in a week or so I'll be upgrading my Motherboard and ram in order to fit my needs for this amazing case.

4 out of 5 eggsGet what you pay for

Pros: Huge case, no trouble at all fitting anything. Idk how the toolless design is any trouble, it is very simple to me, may just be that i have always used toolless cases. Fits my Asus P5P43TD and CM Hyper 212 heatsink quite well.

Cons: The LED headers were too short, i had to make my own extensions for them. Holes are odd shape, nothing fit through it. One of the clamps on the tool case was broken (no biggie). My only real con is the way the ODD bay is, i tried moving the pins on the rails for the ODD, and no change. When the door closes it hits the eject button. Simple fix, dont try to lock the door.

Other Thoughts: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33ghz OC 3.0ghz
8gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850
ASUS P5P43TD Mobo

5 out of 5 eggsworth it

Pros: this case is huge it dwarfs my old case by far. plenty of room for about any size mobo and everything. looks cool. seems sturdy, nice door on front

Cons: came with the inside storage box door detached and one of the clamps was broken. not a big deal it still snaps close. the top vent didnt come with a fan but you can just get a 120mm fan of your choice.. i wish the purple 120mm light fans werent out of stock!

Other Thoughts: one of the legs on the bottom broke off but that was my fault. kind of sucks now i feel like i gotta take them all off.. whatever still a nice case. i remember a few years ago this was like 160 or something i saw it now and yes i bought it for 100$ cheaper. cannot complain about that

5 out of 5 eggsApexia Full Tower for EATX

Pros: Very wide, light but sturdy construction. EATX board fits, barely. Comes with 4 fans, top and front USB ports. Rapid mount system is cool. I've never had a nice case, so this was a treat.

Cons: Fans are 4 pin molex instead of 3 pin. Could have used slightly longer cabling inside. EATX board is a very tight fit, had to remove cable holder to get it to fit. Box takes up 3 3.5" bays. None of these deserve an egg taken off.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Plenty of room, no trying to squeeze in a 5970
Quiet for all the fans in it
included all the hardware
Drive bays easy to use
All of the ATX MB standoffs line up

Cons: The blue led's on the rear fans do not work
The latch for the PCI slots is a bust, can't get it latched, had to use screws

Would have given it 5 eggs if the above worked

Other Thoughts: ASROCK 870 extreme 3 MB
Phenom II x4 965
4 x2gb PNY DDR3 1333
WD 500gb 6gbs hard drive
LG OEM 22x DVD
Cooler Master heatsink
Currently 600 watt OCZ stealth stream PSU the xion 1000 watt would not run
Did not have any trouble with the wiring well marked

Manufacturer Response:

The rear fans in the X-Jupiter case are not supposed to light up. Only the side and front fans have LEDs.

4 out of 5 eggsCool case

Pros: This thing is cool. It's big, has a viewing window, plenty of nice little features. Lots of room inside the case.

Cons: For the 3.5" and 5.25" bays, it has this 'screwless' approach to it. It has these bumpers that you attach to whatever you're placing, and slide it in through the front. The problem is the documentation that comes with the case doesn't really explain it all that well. Me and a friend spent the better part of an hour trying to figure it out.

Other Thoughts: There are two locks on it. One for the case, preventing people from just opening it up and messing around with the inside of your computer. The other is for the front, locking up the bays and the power button. The issue is I don't know what to make of them. I've never had a need for either of them, and it seems excessive - but not necessarily bad.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat price and value!

Pros: » Easy install (see other thoughts).
» Relatively cheap price and high quality.
» Roomy in all ways compared to a mid-ATX case.
» Fan controller built in.
» *Some* cable management built in (see other thoughts).
» Easy motherboard installation and compatibility.
» Good design w/open panel.

Cons: » Inside is not painted (color of aluminum—metallic)
» Hard to understand the tool-less mechanisms, unless you read the instructions and are naturally gifted with this stuff (see other thoughts).
» The front panel's hinge is on the side with the clear panel (opens to the left). This makes it hard to open and adjust, say, a ODD or fan controller, or even access the power and reset buttons. Not really a big deal, however.

Other Thoughts: Easy Install: The brass standoffs fit perfectly, easily, and tightly, even without any tools.

Cable Management:
It's hard to explain, but there are holes in the mounting brackets for HDDs, ODDs, Floppy Disks, and in the weird space for the blue accessory box. You can route cables through these (for example, place your HDD in the place where the blue box was and use the holes to route the SATA cables)

Tool-less Mechanisms:
The most important thing I can say is READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. I almost broke the expansion slot mechanism because I was pulling the lever the wrong way. Also, make sure you put the brackets onto the HDD correctly (you insert from he front, so the tabs should be on the front).

Overall, it shouldn't be hard at all setting it up.

4 out of 5 eggsBig, good-looking case.

Pros: Good, spacious case. Bought it for 100 off, 70 ain't half bad for a full tower. Definitely good-looking, but only the side and front fans have LEDs. The back two are lightless. Additional spot for a fan mounted to the top, thought it might be difficult given the cables coming out of your power supply there. Roomy, plenty of airflow, the knobs do work and control the fan speed, and the LCD on the front is solid. I left the HDD temp sensor to gauge ambient temps instead. Cable management could be better, all of my components came with zillions of zipties so I was able to make do. Definitely a good buy for the price.

Cons: Top hard drive bays extremely frustrating with the screwless brackets. I finally gave up and set my hard drive in one of the lower bays.

Don't know if it's bad ODD design or bad front panel design, but I have my disc drive in the top bay and I can't shut the front panel fully because it will hit the button on the disc drive. I will file down the button to compensate and hopefully solve my problem.

I have the Hyper 212 EVO heatsink, and while it FITS inside the case, with my micro ATX motherboard (Maximus IV Gene-Z), the side fan comes down right on top of it and would not close. Fortunately it was close (within 2 cm of closing when the fan made contact with the top of the heatsink, and only then on the corner of the fan) so I was able to take a small hacksaw and slightly trim the unnecessary plastic corner off of the side of the fan, enabling it to close with 8mm or so to spare.

Other Thoughts: All in all, a good case if you have a bit of elbow grease to spare.

Build:
Apevia X-Jupiter G-Type Metallic Gray
Intel i5 2500k
Asus Maximus IV Gene-Z
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
EVGA+MSI GTX560 SLI
4x4GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case, minor defect.

Pros: Huge case with plenty of room. The tool-less kit it comes with holds everything pretty securely for me so far. I had no issues installing any of the hardware including the DVD drive in the top bay. You do need a long cable to reach it though depending on where your ports sit on your motherboard.
The front panel temperature display is an awesome feature, and the fan control knobs work great. And the case all around just looks cool.

Cons: When I first powered everything up, The front Apevia LED sign didn't come on at all. So I opened it up and looked at it and sure enough, one of the wires was ripped apart right out of the box. Since it was just a minor thing I fixed it myself, but I took off an egg for it.
