1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: -Fan control
-Temp gauge on front
-IEEE 1394 plug

Cons: -No room behind motherboard for cable management
-Power LED too bright, HDD LED not bright enough
-No mounts for 2.5" drives
-No USB 3.0 support
-Power button behind front case; need to open door to startup computer.
-Power, reset, HDD LED and Power LED cables not long enough because they are directed through door.
-Supplied fans have molex connectors only with no adapters to plug directly to motherboad if preferred
-Not all of the LEDs worked on supplied fans
-Fan LEDs are too blue and don't match standard LED color schemes that most fans use.
-PCI holddown clips are cheap plastic and don't support a video card or accomodate screws well
-Drive slide clips do not hold drives well
-Can only read temp when looking straight on with case.
-Does not have vents in top or bottom

Other Thoughts: I bought this case because the temp gauge looked cool and seemed like a good value for the price, but was disappointed after assembling my rig. Ended up buying another case (Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-03 Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case), at near the same price but did not have any of the cons mentioned above.

5 out of 5 eggsLooks Great!! Broken piece but may be fixable

Pros: Looks great!
feels sturdy
pretty decent room
fans are nice
lcd display is helpful

Cons: none so far, have nothing in it yet just going by first inpressions one bad thing but may be fixable is something on the front board is broke off but it looks like i can just glue it back on taking it to my local computer fixer store to get his opinion, if not i will return it and get another one, not really a big deal, wont take an egg off for it things happen.

Other Thoughts: the door is sturdier than i expected it to be actually its heavier than i expected, around 21 pounds

2 out of 5 eggsDon't Let Aesthetics Fool You

Pros: Beautiful case. Nice, big window on the side with cool blue led fans on the side. Comes with a display on the front of the case that shows fan RPMs, voltage output, sound level, and the temperature of any preferred spot in the case.

Cons: VERY cheap motherboard standoffs stripped out, forcing me to install my motherboard with the assistance of a pair of pliers. Cheap molex cables for front panel instruments. You had better want to only plug them in once, because after the first time disconnecting them, the pins began to slide out of the plug and had to be forced back in. Also, the schematic for the molex cables just didn't add up. In my case, after hooking everything up, I was left with a single male end with no female plug for power (My power supply has only male ends. Not sure if case or PSU's fault.) I had to switch around the configuration a bunch leading me to have 1 fan with operating LEDs and 1 able to use fan control. It was a scary experience dealing with second-rate parts.

Other Thoughts: You can most likely find a MUCH higher quality case for the price. Not saying this is pricey, but just be sure to look at the quality of the case, not just the big window or cool fan controller. Just to clear it up again, I'm not 100% sure if the molex-connector problem was the PSU's or the case's. I am, despite the harrowing experience putting the computer together, still using the case.

5 out of 5 eggsSleek and sturdy case with great features

Pros: Great case!

Very solid and well-made, can stand up to a lot of punishment.

Door detaches and reattaches easily with little hassle.

Cords are in sensible places, making it easy to attach them with little hassle.

Fan controller knob is extremely useful - turn it up when gaming, then down during other times to reduce noise.

Was incredibly easy to install all parts, including motherboard and optical drive.

Lights look fantastic, a great-looking case!

Cons: Meters on the front are hard to read from anywhere other than directly in front of them. Hard to see when you're on your computer as you have to lean way over, but that's a minor problem.

Also the fan in the window is pretty hard to clean dust out of - you pretty much have to vacuum it and I haven't been able to find an easier way to get into it.

The case is pretty wide, so it's bigger than you think it is, but not excessively heavy or unwieldy.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Good Case

Pros: Tool less design, price, lights, 2 x 120 mm fans, display panel, fan speed control switch, light weight, see through side, bay drive door, plenty of room!

Cons: sharp edges, short lead wires, pci cards loose, display read out.

Other Thoughts: This case is a good over all case for the money. The case has a nice tool less design for the hard drives, and optical drives. However, the tool less design for pci cards was not that great, and a since it was loose I used screws anyway. Everything I had to put in this gaming rig went in just fine. The edges were very sharp which is not uncommon for cheaper cases, but this was ridiculous. They provided an rf choke for the jfp1 and jfp2 wires, but if you use the choke correctly the wires are too short. Despite what others say the instructions say only one LED fan in this case. I didn't use the Fans instead I put in 3 x 120 mm fans in this case and it worked just fine. (newegg says there is 1 x 120 mm fan and 1 x 140 mm fan, but they are both 120 mm, and there is room for one more 120 mm in the front of the case.) The last complaint I have is the led display on the bottom front of the case. It is very hard to read if you are not looking at it straight on. That being said if the tower isn't at your eye level the display is pretty much useless to look at. It's pretty cool though, and pretty accurate too. The fan speed control switch is nice and works well. It will turn the fan totally off, or adjust it between 0-100%. Overall for the money this is a pretty darn good case!

4 out of 5 eggsGood case for the price

Pros: Good quality for the price. Aesthetically pleasing to my eye. Feels roomy (compared to the 7 year old case I'm upgrading from). I like that there is a place to install a 3rd fan. I just happened to have a brand new 120mm fan sitting around that I was previously unable to use, so this was fortuitous.

Cons: The drive plates are entirely too difficult to remove. I saw one reviewer mention that he cut himself in the process. I did the same thing and bled all over the place. In hindsight, the only proper course of action would've been to use a very long screw driver or part of a drumstick or something to put it against the back and then hammer or beat it out, and both of those methods seem likely to cause damage. Also, the blue LED on the rear fan does not work. The fan works fine, but the light doesn't. The light on the side-panel fan works fine, as well. It's not a huge deal to me, but it'd be nice to receive a product in 100% working order.

Other Thoughts: In conclusion, it is a very attractive case. In terms of cooling, the airflow is certainly not it's primary selling point, but if you add a 3rd fan, it seems to be up to the task. Based on price:value ratio, I'm tempted to give it 5 eggs. However, the bloody band-aid wrapped around my thumb right now reminds me that it is not perfect. Between that design flaw and the faulty fan LED, I'd give it 3.5 eggs, but I'll round up to 4.

Manufacturer Response:

The rear fan is actually not supposed to light up. It is not an LED fan. There is nothing faulty with it.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Case for $50

Pros: -Lots of wiggle room to put all kinds of components in and provides plenty of airflow options.

-Looks awesome.

-Has a sturdy feel for a $50 case.

-I absolutely love the tool-less drive installing.

Cons: -Had to order a cable adapter in order to daisy chain both fans and the screen on the front to my PSU.

-DVD drive plate was a bit of a pain to take off.

-The plastic PCI slot clips broke very easily and I had to use a screw to secure my graphics card.

Other Thoughts: For $50, this case is an overall great deal for the price. It looks cool and functions just about as good as it looks. I would recommend this case to anyone.

4 out of 5 eggsNice!

Pros: Well put-together case; plenty of room for drives, two big fans provide a fairly quiet, cool operating environment. It's roomy, so you shouldn't have any trouble with large video cards. LEDs on the side fan and front panel door are bright, but not overly so. Would buy again.

Cons: Fairly minor cons: one, the LED on the front is difficult to read if you're at any angle but dead on--so if it's on your floor and you're looking down, it's useless.

two, the clasps that hold PCI port shields/card interfaces locked into the back of the case are a touch flimsy--I broke one trying to unlock it. Just take it easy on them and you'll be fine.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works fine for what I need. Used the ASUS M4A87TD EVO AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Cons: Wish it had more SATA power connectors as 4 was not enough in my system. Guess I'll have to get some 4-pin to SATA power adaptors.

it also did not build itself

Also the back plate does not work the best, but it surfices.

Would love to not have screws to remove for side cover.

Other Thoughts: Over all nice case
