Great case !
- Pros: I didn't expect too much for a $50, delivered. Newegg delivered it within two days-( thanks). Out of box it was much more than I expected. Nice finish, no scratches, buffs, sharp corners etc. I was hoping to find at least something wrong - just to justify paying much more for a few previous cases. Didn't find single thing wrong worth mentioning. Enough room for most setups, not too heavy, simple (and effective) no-tool installation...Even fans are more quiet than pair of Antec's which I paid $30. I really like USB, firewire and audio ports on top of a case. Next time I need a case, Apevia will get first look.
- Cons: Just that bad feeling in my gut, because I used to pay much more for some "higher -end" cases, proved to be inferior to this one. I own Apevia for few months and I still didn't find anything to complain about.
- Other Thoughts: Some people mentioned not receiving promised rebate. I got my check two weeks after mailing rebate form back.
Nice Case!!!
- Pros: Fan Control (Even though you don't need it with the i7 Q Control)
Easy HD and Optical Drive installation.
- Cons: USB and Firewire ports on the top look nice but can lead to damage if you are using iloks, so be careful.
(LGA 1366 w/ i7) If you have a large CPU fan you will have to remove the fan on the window. You can install it on the front vent pretty easily though.
Great Case
- Pros: It's a great case, lots of room for everything. The tool-less drives were very easy to use. There's plenty of room next to the PSU for all the wires to be bundled up.
- Cons: The placement of the front port being on top, in the middle. It's a little hard to get to under the table. Fan controller not working.
- Other Thoughts: The ASUS M4A78T-E fits perfectly in this case. There's plenty of room to have all the wires attached to the 5.25" bays and still have good airflow. I love the Blue LEDs that are on the side fan, it makes everything inside glow.
