APEVIA X-CRUISER2-GN Green SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Very good value, pretty to look at.
Three fans, not heavy pushers but still better then naught.
Acceptable space for Mid Tower.

Cons: Airflow issues mar an otherwise decent case.


Midtowers in general are not always the best choice for performance computing.

Other Thoughts: Running an ASUS Saber 990fx, 8150, MSI R7850, and Noctua NH-D14. Playing sims 3 maxed overheated CPU/VGA/NB/DRAM. Took side panel off, viola, temps holding around 40-50C depending on load. Mainly due to just Midtowers in general being small, this no exception. Fans it came with are ok, not work horses though. 3 circles on front are air temp, volume control, and fan speed. Awesome. Love the color, love the features for the price. Good value for what it offers, just watch your temps under full load initially.

Pros: Has three gauges on front panel.and a few 120mm fans inside.

Cons: Temp gauge died after one month,cant find a replacement thermister to fix it.

Other Thoughts: Gave fifty bucks for a junk case,save your money and find something else.

Pros: Plenty of room, Easy install, Green Metallic Paint, Big side window, Bright glow from the 1 blue led fan, Great Price.

Cons: Top Guage on front was DOA, Volume control on side was very hard to turn and did not control volume with headphones plugged in, Front door would not fully open.

Other Thoughts: I am sending it back for replacement. I hope this one works because I really like the case.

The top gauge (VU) does not actually monitor the volume itself but rather the "sensitivity" or "beat" of the sound coming from the front audio jacks. The dial on the side controls how sensitive the needle on the gauge is.

Pros: LIGHTS, COLOR, LOOK,SPACE

Cons: material for this case is kind of lighter. This can be a con or pro depending of what you wanted.

Pros: Cool looking, a flip-open front panel that reveals all the practical buttons/drives behind it, fan controllers, THREE 120mm fans (LED fans) in optimum locations,

Cons: None yet (haven't turned it on, waiting on my other parts still), a little smaller than I like in a case but still big enough

Other Thoughts: Haven't turned it on yet, so I don't know if this one in particular has any issues, so I can only comment on the structural build of it.

I still like my coolermaster HAF case better for its ease to work in, size, build quality, and appearance. This works good for the wife's computer though.

The X-Cruiser2 only comes with one LED case fan, on the side panel. The other two (rear and front) are not.

Pros: This was waaaay more than I expected for the price I paid.Nicely built,very solid,with almost no sharp edges to nail you,Darker green then the pics show,and thats a good thing :)I also like the cooling fans,quiet and strong enough to cool a moderate system.All the gauges lit up for me,and they all work well after a quick and easy setup.Lots of room to work with as well.All in all, a nice case for just a few bucks :)

Cons: There could be less wires in there,just too many to route well enough.The door dosent open all the way,but it still dosent interfere with the DVD drive.

Other Thoughts: I like it.I thought the instructions that came with it were a nice touch,ad the color is well applied and even,nice :) I wouldnt hesitate to but it again.

Pros: Nice green color! I had plenty of space to install everything but the cpu fan. All the meters work fine. Side panel lets me see all the components working.

Cons: Darker green than pictured but still a cool green. Front panel does not open very wide making it a little tight for DVD/cd rom to open (-1 egg).

Other Thoughts: It's been working fine for 3 months. Replaced the blue fans with
green LEDs for that radioactive glow.

Pros: Great case every thing fit in perfect for me. A little tight when i was putting the power supply in but yea. The Stock fans are great and move a good amount of air.

Cons: The front panel went out in almost the first week that i got this case. 1 of the meters flat out doesn't work at all and the blue back lighting doesn't even turn on any more. at first it worked then i would flicker a lot and now it dosent work. and the front door doesn't swing out far enough by its self to open the cd drive cuz of all the cords to the front panel are located at the bottom acting as a restraint

Other Thoughts: Good case but the faulty lighting kinda killed it for me and im not goin to take the time to take everything out but idk good case and fun with the diff. color selections

Pros: good case sturdy build alot of neat extra features GREEN!!!!!!!!! i love the color its amazing if you love green as much as i do. roomy for a mid atx case keeps my harddrives nice and cool because they are right in front of the fan

Cons: no top fan.. which i knew that when i bought it, the fans that come with it are quiet but dont move a whole lot of air if you use a tower cooler like me for your processor then you probly wont be using the side fan ither..

Other Thoughts: could use a top fan port.. could also mod it to have one if i were brave enough also if it had a place to hide wires better.
