4 out of 5 eggsGreat Budget Case

Pros: Inexpensive.
Plenty of room for moderate builds.
Fairly sturdy.
Comes with power supply

Cons: The removable 3.5" drive cage is slightly flimsy and locks in oddly.
Power supply limits potential of builds.
Limited options for airflow and cooling.

Other Thoughts: Picked this case for a very simple build, and it was a great choice. It's sturdy, has simple aesthetics, and there's plenty of room for what I needed. Great option for a budget browser or HTPC.

1 out of 5 eggsUpdated Review

Pros: Still a shiny little metal box but that's about it.

Cons: After moving components from one case to another it was determined the case wiring was defective. I requested a new wiring harness for the case but was told the RMA process was the only way to remedy the situation. However, that involved additional cost on my part for shipping the junk box to California and then being at their mercy for completeness of the return. No thanks, I've been to RMA purgatory. Took the box to my friendly neighborhood electrical guru and had a new harness attached, total cost $8.00. New components running in old ATX box and not about to take it apart again and put in shiny box.

Other Thoughts: None, if you need a quality box, don't even consider this one. One egg is as low as it can go.

4 out of 5 eggsGood case

Pros: This case was fast shipping, it was my first pc build and the case was overall really good, I had to take out the drive bays to fit my motherboard in. The paint had a little bit of scratches on it but it's hard to notice if your not looking for damage.

Cons: No cable management, no case fan

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't OC any parts in the case, the cooling isn't the best.

2 out of 5 eggsDefinitely better options out there + one big caution

Pros: Clean lines / design
Nice big power button in the front
Spacious

Cons: Super cheap plastic makes for awkward holding & shipping (broken front on arrival)
Steel layout around the expansion slots render them somewhat inaccessible (see below)

Other Thoughts: This case is, overall, pretty cheap. I'm okay with the cheapness because I was looking for budget anyway, and I'm only scrutinizing it because I'm having to move it around a lot to get it set up correctly in my home.

All that aside, I just received my graphics card (here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=14-130-795), which has a single HDMI port on the far end (stand the card up in your mind, and HDMI is furthest towards the top). For some reason, Rosewill designed the case to have a bit of a protruding lip there, so I can't access the HDMI port without 1. cutting the rubber off of an HDMI extension adapter (which I already tried on its own), AND ALSO 2. hammering away at the steel to dent away the lip to fit in said adapter, which is a little too much now that I've got everything set up.

I got lucky because I can use an HDMI-to-DVI adapter to use my already-routed HDMI cable (using a TV with cables behind a wall) AND it carries the audio too, which is awesome. But just be careful and check any expansion cards for physical incompatibilities. I'd say give yourself a solid 3/4-inch to 1-inch of leeway from the top of your card down to the first port.

1 out of 5 eggsRosewill R-363-M-BK Computer Case

Pros: Nicely painted, attractive. Adequate drive bays for all types of drives. Spring activated bay covers are a nice touch.

Cons: On/Off switch was inoperative. New computer case is unusable. All installed components had to be uninstalled then re-installed in existing computer case. Started normally. An installed case fan would be a plus.

Other Thoughts: All components arrived on time as per shipping schedule. Thank you.

3 out of 5 eggsGood but missing parts

Pros: Solid case overall. Haven't plugged it in yet but everything seems in order.

Cons: The I/O shield wasn't included so there's a huge hole in the back letting dust in. I'm not sending the entire thing back just for a small missing part so I'm hoping Newegg can help out here.

3 out of 5 eggsNot a terrible case.

Pros: I was impressed when I unboxed the case. No problems, no dents, everything was very well lined up even after taking the side panel off.
Working inside was easy. There are no terribly sharp edges that came into contact with me. I am very experienced in working in smaller cases and for me to not cut myself in the process is surprising.
I was pleased to see the PSU worked. I have bad luck with these case and power supply combos. Doesn't mean it won't fail down the road. Could be a week, month, year, or even could go for 5 or 6 years. Time will tell.
for a budget case I was impressed.

Cons: Not a lot of screws provided. Looked like someone with tiny hands grabbed a handful and tossed them in a giant bag.
Stand off holes do not line up to MicoATX boards mounting holes properly. If you are going to drill holes, at least make sure you follow standard board layouts.
This power supply is terrible. Yes I was lucky to get one that works, but really? 2 Sata plugs? Even a lower end 400W PSU had 4 sata power plugs! This build has an SSD, and a HDD but no chance for any other disc drives. Glad I can do most installing using a flash drive.

Other Thoughts: It's an attractive case, you will get finger prints and smudges all over it. Sturdy for the most part as long as you don't beat on it.

Get a different PSU though if you must. I don't trust Rosewill enough to work for too long. Sure it is a tiny case, and I may be asking too much, but still, 2 Sata power plugs even in a microATX case is silly

2 out of 5 eggsNot worth the hassle

Pros: Cheap, looks decent on the outside.

Cons: Bought this for a new PC build, but the PSU is DOA. Saw the same in other reviews. Seems to be common.
