what power supply does this case come with?

300 watt. Not that weight is how you are supposed to evaluate a power supply, but it weighs less than half of any normal power supply I use. After reading the ratings I did not have a lot of faith in them. Although I have 2 or 3 in operation for a year without a problem, most of these cases I used I replaced the power supply with a name brand that had a small failure rate.

Does the front panel allow fans to be installed? If so, what size?

Yes, it supports two 80mm fans mounted to a plate behind the front panel. They will be situated to blow right over the hard drives and motherboard.

Will this tower work with this combo. Intel Pentium G2020 Ivy Bridge 2.9GHz LGA 1155 55W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80637G2020 and ASUS H61M-A LGA 1155 Intel H61(B3) HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard?

It should work fine. I used the case with a ASUS H81M-A LGA 1150 once, which should be the exact same form factor.
