Thanks to its advanced design, building a gaming rig in the Aztec case from Raidmax won't involve a blood sacrifice. Thanks to its roomy interior and innovative design features your hands and fingers will be saved for pounding your opponents into the sand. The case design also sports plenty of fans for superior airflow so the only heat will be what you lay down on your enemies!
System setup is eased by having the mobo tray attached to the right side panel. Undo the locking screws and remove the side panels and you have a totally open chassis. Install the mobo and expansion cards to the side panel along with the CPU and memory then all you have to do is put it back in place as a unit. But first install all your drives in the tool-less racks. When both sections are assembled all you have to do is connect the wiring.
There are fans everywhere to keep your components cool. A 120mm fan is mounted on the back panel for main ventilation. The side panel has an 80mm fan to boost CPU cooling. There is a retaining bar designed to help hold your video cards in place, and that too has an 80mm fan vented to the outside. The gaming gods are calling, it's time to answer!

The pictures don't do this case justice
- Pros: This case looks awsome in person, expecially when running. Looks awsome at night, nicely done blue glow in the front, turns purple when the hard drive is working. The case is very solid, and you can see the company put a lot of thought into it with the drop down sides and removable hard drive cage. The case window came flawless, no scratches or blemishes what so ever, and is raised out from the case, so what ever lighting you use, it also show along the edges of the window too.
- Cons: Instructions are lacking, especially explaining the rails on the hard drives and which way to attach them to slide into the cage the right way. And what is up with this trend of most all cases now a days not sending enough stand offs for the mobo? Had to raid some from another kit, but since this is being said about a lot of other cases too, didn't drop an egg.
- Other Thoughts: There is a fan on the non window side too that blows into the other components in the case, since the hard drives are already getting air from the front fan. Cannot tell you about the loudness of fans that come with the case, change the front and back with the 120mm Scythe Kaze 110cm fans with decently low noise. I threw a purple fan on the non window side, so a purple glow from the side, and two blue "alien" led fans in the fan two fan holders in the window, one above the cooler, the other in the stablization bar. Too bad these fans are discontinued, the blue leds flash in different combinations, eventually turn brite, then fade, and runs again, all with the red fireworks in the center. Looks sharp, will hate the day when either of em die. If you can find any out there, they will not dissapoint, good air movement and quiet too.
- Pros: definitely an amazing case for the price. Solid well built construction. I definitely like the fold down motherboard tray, it made installing everything a whole lot easier. Lots of fan slots. Looks great!
- Cons: If you are looking for a lightweight flimsy case that will fall apart: Do Not Buy This.
Also: 120mm fans are weak and 80mm fans are loud. None of them are 3speed. I would recomend replacing at least the 120mm in the back.
- Other Thoughts: Thanx Newegg!

meh
- Pros: Nice looking case, except for the broken parts.
- Cons: Broken front panel as alot of others have had. Only 2 LEDs on the front panel when it looks like there are 4 spaces, and all 4 should have blue LEDs. The end reult is 2 triangular "holes" or "voids" with no lighting, and 2 triangular holes with blue LEDs.
- Other Thoughts: Of course, I did not realize until I had built the whole PC, but 2 of the 3 plastic clips that hold the door and front of the case on were broke on the right side. Not worth my time to pay the hefty shipping to newegg or tear the whole thing apart again. This is what makes me take off some eggs, they could have done a much better job with the packaging for shipping.
- Pros: Motherboard tray is wonderful. Looks awesome. Installation is rather quick
- Cons: The swinging arm is really annoying sometimes when you are trying to tinker. I can tell the door is going to fall off sometime. It doesn't seem very sturdy and if is on carpet rubs against the ground. Nitpicking here but I have used cooler master cases before and their drive slots are much easier.
- Other Thoughts: Good case.
Tool-less Rooks
- Pros: I used this case for my first build. It is great! Bothe the side and mother board panles come off for eazy installation. Also this case is toolless for mounting drives. May use this case for my next build but the mollex connectors.
- Cons: The mollex connectors for the case fans are not very sturdy but probibly due to my own fualt for using it to test other hardwear. I have to unplug connector when I open the case.
- Other Thoughts: Other then the mollex connectors this is a really nice case. I if I use this case in my nect build I will replace the fans becuase of the connectors.
