5 out of 5 eggsRAIDMAX Viper GX ATX-512WBG Black/Green Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Great looking case. This case was able to house my Corsair H100i much better than my previous case with some room left over. I love the green, just because green is my favorite color.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: I've seen some threads about bad airflow, but I haven't found that to be an issue yet, everything seems to be running cool. I did add some extra fans which could be the reason.

3 out of 5 eggsAwesome looking case, but...

Pros: Awesome looking case. Looks totally alien and I love it. I was worried the green case lights would be too bright in my room at night, but they're just right. It's relatively light weight for being steel/plastic as well, so i'm happy about that, even though i doubt i'll be moving it around that often.

Overall though, i'm pleased with it... aside from the cons listed below.

Cons: All but one of the motherboard's standoff screws that came with the case were cross threaded, making it impossible to secure the motherboard without forcing the screws. Meaning I had to go out and buy new ones. Unfortunately the store i bought them from, didn't have the correct height standoff screws, resulting in the motherboard sitting lower in the case than it should be. In turn, this resulted in having to remove the motherboard's backplate, so now I've got a gaping hole in the back of my case.
Another side effect of the motherboard sitting lower than intended, is that my Wireless NIC card is sitting wonky on the motherboard. I had to loosen a screw on the card's bracket just to it to sit right without pulling the card from the motherboard all together.

To say that I was a bit Annoyed is putting it lightly.
If at all possible, I would LOVE to get replacement standoff screws. =\

Other Thoughts: So long as you get a case that doesn't have cross threaded standoff screws, I'd say it's a great buy so far. Just be prepared to buy new ones in the event they aren't machined properly.

5 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: This case looks great for a good price I payed 70 bucks on sale. I own the same case just in red. I also like that I have room to upgrade from my 120mm water cooling system to 240mm. This was for my first gaming build had no issues everything fit nicely in the case. It fit my 280x toxic which is a 12 inch long graphics card thanks to the removable piece above the drive bay. I also love the hot swap 2.5 inch bay its a nice feature to have.

Cons: I find the airflow isn't the best but that could be because I haven't installed another 2 fans yet inside. Also the box came a bit damaged but the case was fine.

Other Thoughts: Would definitely recommend! Just hope my airflow improves with a few more fans.

4 out of 5 eggsLove the Case, But !

Pros: Great looking Gaming case with optional additional cooling LED fans, plenty of room for PSU modular cable mgmt. Also can handle a Cooler Master Seidon 240M” – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 240mm Radiator and 2 Fans on the top portion, and most new Graphics cards.

Cons: Unable to fit the Radiator portion, onto the rear portion of the case, of the new R9 295X2 (Liq Cooled) Graphics card when combined with a Cooler Master Seidon 240M” – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 240mm Radiator and 2 Fans. Had to remove the Seidon 240M and go with the single 120mm Radiator and Fan Cooler Master Seidon 120V – Compact All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System. Hope Raidmax makes more room on either the top or rear portion of the case to enable both 240m and new liq cooled graphics card to fit.

Other Thoughts: Bottom line, Awesome looking, and with minor adjustments, case will be able to handle both 2 radiator cpu cooling and liq cooled graphics

5 out of 5 eggsLove it.

Pros: Brings back my childhood love of Transformers and G. I. Joe toys. This thing looks like a futuristic toy, but it's also an excellent case. The hot swap slot on top is the icing on the cake. The internal design and layout is excellent, too.

Cons: No 3.5" drive bay for floppy. No, I don't use a freakin' floppy drive. I have a multi-format card reader that fits in those slots.

Other Thoughts: Wish I could have gotten a red one as well before they went out of stock. If I could justify it I'd buy a bunch of these and they would take over the world. They should come with Autobot and Decepticon badges. :P

3 out of 5 eggsMounting hardware...

Pros: Looks sick, big, somewhat easy cable management.

Cons: Top USB ports don't work, hard to cable manage the 24pin cord, DIDN'T SPECIFY IT CAME WITH MOUNTING HARDWARE FOR THE MOBO. So I went out and bought screws not knowing I had some.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect Case

Pros: This case is a good size. It's not huge, but it is big and impressive. Holds my GTX 970 quite nicely. Came with Velcro wire ties. The buttons are crisp to push. It is mean looking.

Cons: I have one complaint. The screws that hold the front fans on are not long enough to hold a fan filter. I have two fans on the front, and i managed to get filters on them, but certainly not the way i would wanted.

Other Thoughts: A lot of people seem to be complaining about the flimsiness of the door panel. I don't find it flimsy, I find it quite thick. I don't really use my cd player often.

If you want a fan controller insert with a screen and all that , the panel will be a problem for accessibility.`

5 out of 5 eggsworth the money!!!

Pros: It's a full ATX gaming machine that can fit any size motherboard, and it's easy to move the screw pins to your specifications to the motherboard, instead of having screws to mount the hard drives in the bays, it has mounting brackets that don't require screws, everything hooks up great and functions great. Last case I had was a hurricane case, and it was messed up to the point to where my computer won't stay turned off or stay in sleep mode. It's design is great, and can't stop looking at it. The mounting for the CD drives are easy to mount in as you don't need a screw to use when mounting a CD drive. Big enough to put all wires in proper places to keep them out of the way. Case comes with a dust collector plate so you don't have to take out your PSU and fans to clean them out. Case has great ventilation to where you can add additional fans if needed/wanted.

Cons: The front fan looks really awesome, but the fan comes with a 1 way connector, instead of the 2 way connector like the back fan has. The microphone and headphone jack on the top isn't color coded or marked on the top so there's no telling which one is which when plugging something in.

Other Thoughts: It's way better to have, doesn't require so many screws, easy to access when everything, cable management is real easy as it comes with velcro straps to tie up loose wires. I give this case 4.9/5, so I just give it 5/5 on here, because it's better than what I had. The 0.1 would have been better if the front fan connector was a 2 way connector so I can at least hook up my CD drives along with the fans.

5 out of 5 eggsAMAZING!!!

Pros: Very pleasing to look at with great compatibility for 3 fanned GPU's. AMAZING wiring space with over a whole inch for wires. Somehow they were smart enough to make it look good and with that C in the side it offers space for all of the wiring because it holds most of the port space where the C is at on the side of the case. My build took only about an hour with how easy everything was to put together and take apart. The removable hard drive bay was the best part with the better cooling and support for a 3 fanned GPU.

Cons: Front door is a little flimsy and i broke one of the covers for my dvd drive slots by bumping it. both of the flaps on the inside broke. Very weak front panel and DVD covers. Im just lucky that i had a spare one because i took one out already. Power button wasn't what i like

Other Thoughts: Needs some work with how many fans are included and the power button needs to be a spring
