How easily will I be able to swap out the front LED fan with another fan of a different color ?

It does not come with a front LED fan installed, however I mounted two fans upfront with zip ties for an intake set up and it was really easy; All you have to do is pull off the caging on the front (literally just pull it off) and you are good to go.

Is the outside of this case a Glossy Black or more of a Flat Black color?

The front does have a light gloss to it, but is far closer to matte than a gloss finish overall.  The nooks & crannies have more gloss it seems as well.  The rest of the case is your standard flat/matte black paint, which you see with any black metal case.

Sadly, this case does not include LEDs. However, in the matter of front fans, there are great and cheap fans with colored LEDs! :)

Yes. I have a BFG Tech NVidia GTX 285 1GB with dual DVI s-video out. It fits in fine without any changes to the case out of the box. Even if my GPU was massive and longer than the Full ATX motherboard I have there is an option to remove the 2.5" HDD bay wall and extend the clearance all the way to the front of the case.

yes your have about a half inch between side panel and motherboard tray.

Is there a slot in this case for an internal sd card reader?

If your internal sd card reader is similar to the Sharkoon type of internal sd card reader cabled for mother board connection, made to fit into one of the front panel knockouts, and is the same standard size of a CD/DVD player, I am guessing, it should fit right in one of the front panel slots.  However if it is a PCI card, or PCI Express sd card reader, that all depends on the mother board you will put in this case.

You take front off and screw them in from the hard drive case did but the fans go on the outside where the front bezel is.

i ordered one 2.5 SSD and one 3.5 HHD along with this case for my build. will i need any mounting hardware for the drives?

Does anyone know the noise level/rating for this? Making a silent (or near silent) PC.

I don't know if there's an actual rating but I can tell you my PC is near silent using this case. But really, it has more to do with the Case and CPU fan/coolers than the case itself.
