5 out of 5 eggsPortable Powerhouse

Pros: I wanted to build a relatively compact HTPC, and this case seemed to have one of the smallest form factors on Newegg. In person, it really is tiny, but packs enough space to fit a full size GPU. As others have noted, the lack of modular cabling on the PSU can present a bit of a challenge with cable management, but I was fine after forgoing an optical drive and choosing a 2.5" SSD. I could definitely see issues if you wanted to pack a two-slot GPU, DVD/Blu-Ray drive, and 3.5" HDD into the case, however, so keep that in mind. Airflow appears to be excellent and it runs silent, which is a huge plus for me. At first, I was a little weary buying a case already bundled with the PSU, but it has been working well so far. As far as what it can support, I was able to run an i3-2120 and HD 7750 without any problems.

Cons: Removing/replacing the top cover requires a bit of a learning curve, and if you're forced to shift cabling around to get everything to fit inside, you might have some difficulty getting it to close seamlessly.

Other Thoughts: Be aware that another SilverStone model exists on Newegg that has a slightly different design and a more powerful 450W power supply.

4 out of 5 eggsStill need an adapter for a slim DVD

Pros: Attractive, quiet, nice compromise between compact and capable, will fit full double wide graphics card

Cons: Still need to get an adapter for a slim DVD - contrary to manufacturers assertion, most slim DVDs do not come with power adapters.

Other Thoughts: I've ordered item N82E16812119024 to allow me to plug the power supply to the only kind of DVD that will fit in the case. The plugs provided for this purpose, to power a DVD, are for a drive that won't fit in the case. Other power supplies do include a 15P Serial ATA Female Power connector - why can't Silverstone?

5 out of 5 eggsgreat case if you want a small form factor

Pros: This is my 3rd SG06 case. If you want a small simple computer this is a great case. I used 1 SSD and 1 slimline ODD. Good airflow using a i5 with the standard chip fan leaves temps at 30-40 C. No need for fancy after market coolers.

Cons: Not a case if you want to add a lot of hard drives to. It would be nice if the front panel ports were USB 3 (but they are not). Yes you have to essentially disassemble the whole case to do the build but it isn't that difficult. Yes the front LED are blindingly bright. Either don't connect them or put a post it note over them to dim them.

Other Thoughts: Yes it is hard to work in, it is small remember? If you go with a 2.5" HDD or SDD then you can throw away the 3.5" drive cage and get more room inside your case. You could cut the extra PSU wires away to create more room but I just rolled them up out of the way.
If you are looking for a small form factor with an ITX board this is the best one out there

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The overall build quality is just what you'd expect from Silverstone: high. Sturdy construction, relatively easy to work with as far as SFF cases go, high quality parts even where plastic is used.

The design of the case makes it easy to remove the included PSU and the hard drive mounting tray. This makes the case far easier to work with as you can now reach in from the top rather than the sides. The front fascia also pops off easily by detaching a few sturdy plastic clips making it easy to replace the fan.

Cons: The top lid is a little flimsy when removed, it could potentially be bent out of shape when removed if you're clumsy.

Would have liked to see some powdercoating, this is meant to be a more attractive case (as compared to the SG05) so I was a little let down by the bare metal inside and on the back.

Other Thoughts: This case isn't as small as it could be. It's advertised as fitting a slim optical drive and a 9" two slot video card and various aspects of the design were changed to accomodate this. Makes it great for a breadbox powerhouse, just know that you can go smaller.

5 out of 5 eggsNeat Little Box!

Pros: This is a pretty incredible case. Really nice construction and beautiful brushed black aluminum front panel. Plenty of room to move your hands around, especially considering this little guy measures in at 6.97" x 8.66" x 11.26". PSU is relatively quiet and front fan is almost silent.

Cons: Blue power and HDD lites are neat but incredibly bright. You will see em glowing across a room. The screws to mount the slimline optical drive are tiny. Dealing with them was the most time consuming part of the build. Don't forget to order the slimline SATA cable. Also be prepared to be creative with cable ties as there is a lot going on inside when everything is finally installed.

Other Thoughts: Surprisingly, this was one of the fastest builds I have ever done. I am very happy with the finished product. Spent a little extra money and used a Sony slot load optical drive. Looks pretty slick once installed. Not the cheapest case out there but the power supply alone retails for around $35.00. I would have no problem in purchasing another.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: This case looks great, it's very quite in my HTPC setup, and the dust filter works great.

Cons: Stupid that you have to buy the slim SATA cable. The screws on the back are stripping after about 10 removals. The blue LED's are WAAAY to bright. I have an Antec 902 which is very pleasant, but the LED's on this case are blinding when I sit on the couch. I pulled the mobo pins.

Other Thoughts: For anyone using this case as an HTPC planning on utilizing Intel HD2000/3000 integrated graphics: CHANGE YOUR PLANS. Intel drivers suck and will crash your computer. Be sure to buy a discrete graphics card like the AMD 5570 which will easily fit in this case.

Other Thoughts: nothing special...really loving it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat if you want something small

Pros: It is small - about the size of 3 reams of paper stacked on top of each other. Perfect for a little workstation or where you don't have a lot of room and just need a monitor, hard drive, and optical drive. The case completely disassembles making it sort of easier to put together. I am using this as a work station at my office for the ladies up front.

Cons: Not a lot of room for your little fingers but kind of goes with the territory. The LED HD lights on the front panel are blinding but solvable with tape or not connecting them etc.

Other Thoughts: Get a 2.5 inch hard drive it will save space. You have to get a slimline DVD so get a slot DVD drive and you won't have that try coming out at you (Sony Optiarc AD-7710H-01) and don't forget to get the slimline power connector that doesn't come with it (Slimline SATA Female to SATA with LP4 Power Cable Adapter
N82E16812200374)

4 out of 5 eggsGreat little case for a Mini-ITX system.

Pros: Well built. Case fan and power supply are very quiet. Front bezel looks pretty sharp. The entire thing comes apart so assembly is extremely easy, particularly given the relatively compact size. Nice labelling on the various pins and connectors. Looks great sitting next to my ATX Silverstone HTPC case.

Cons: In a case that costs as much as a very nice ATX case, there are some areas of painful cheapness such as the plastic bezel for the CD drive slot and the plastic snapon clips for the aluminum faceplate.

Only one 3.5" drive bay. Yes, I read the specs before buying it but I figured the case would be incredibly cramped like my other ITX case. The superior layout of this one means that there'd easily have been room for two or three 3.5" drives, and that would have been completely awesome.

Price is a little painful. It cost as much as my ATX Silverstone case with a 650W PSU.

Other Thoughts: I was really nervous when I bought this. The fan in my other Silverstone PSU was flat out bad. I replaced it and the PSU has otherwise functioned admirably 24/7 for over two years, but that sort of evidence of corner cutting does make me a bit wary. The minor elements of it in this case are annoying but overall the wonderfully pleasant assembly process and attractiveness of the finish system make me pretty happy with my purchase. Wish it didn't have that odd angled step on the front and simply had a flat, vertical face.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat small case, requires patience

Pros: Small size about 12 x 7 x 7, power supply included, pretty quiet fan in front and PSU fan.

Cons: Requires a slimline DVD drive. Blue LED HDD light is really bright on front cover. Every part of this case comes apart which is good but you will probably have to take every part apart to get everything in there.

Other Thoughts: You will need a cable for the slimline DVD N82E16812200374. If you are only going to stick in 1 hard drive get a 2.5 inch drive and give yourself some extra space since the 3.5 drive bay hangs below the 2.5 drive bay. Tight quarters but with patience you can get all the wires connected. A few zip ties help with wire management but the case ships with none.
