LinkWorld has created a case to have room for all you need at a cost that will allow you to afford more things to fill it! The Model 3230-02C2222U is a clean and unadorned case to all appearances. A nice clean look that will be welcome on anyone's desk. The four 5.25" and two 3.5" external drive bays are an obvious plus, but both expected and needed in today's world. As the adage goes, looks can be deceiving.
The vents along both sides to let in cool air might be missed to a casual glance, and who would notice the duct giving the CPU fan a place to send the hot air. The rear vent is predrilled for a fan to make all these unnoticeables a great benefit to the internal temperature of the system.
The forward USB ports are both hidden and protected on the side. And then you get to the brains of the operation. An amazing five 3.5" internal hard drive slots. If you want more for your money, this is the way to go.

Good looking but flimsy
- Pros: Cheap, includes 430W PSU (which is around 350W true full load), has front USB and nice looking bezel. 80mm/90mm rear fan mounting. Side panel has air guide for cpu HSF. Behind front panel is a single 80mm fan mounting. Small tower form fits nicely under desks or on desktop.
- Cons: Flimsy - flexs as you install items. Paint is thin and not protected with a clear topcoat. PCI card retaining is very poor - I had to 'tweak' the backplane of my video card to make it fit.
- Other Thoughts: Buy it when the shipping is cheap. Otherwise save your pennies.
- Pros: Cheap, cheap, cheap!
Looks ok!
Oh and did I mention it's CHEAP!
- Cons: No rounded edges, wear gloves when setting up the mobo, edges are real sharp!
The 430W PSU fan is CRAZY loud! I had to open up the PSU and mod it so that it runs at 7V instead of 12V (use +12V and ground 5V).
Seems to run just fine right now, hopefully it'll last.
Also the metal is paper thin!
- Other Thoughts: Case also has a 90mm opening in the rear, 1 80mm up front.
The mobo posts are built-in but I didn't have enough for all my mobo holes (no biggy).
Overall you get what you pay for. If you're building a SAN or similar server that is gonna stay in a corner this might be the perfect case!
If you're building a nice gaming system look elsewhere, Coolermaster has some cases with PSU sub $xxx that will be much better!
