5 out of 5 eggsBig honkin' beautiful case

Pros: big enough for everything i want to put in it plus some, tool-less design work fantabulastic, fans provide good airflow, and leds provide a nice blue-green glow in my corner.

Cons: key lock doesn't work very well but unless your going to bolt down the case it doesn't really matter.

2 out of 5 eggsEh...

Pros: Big, nice side panel design.

Cons: Extremely cheap. When putting together the case I had to smash the front in because the power switch wasn't working. Works now, but still that was annoying. The case fans are INCREDIBLY LOUD, and are also total piles of garbage. The top fan died within a few months. I replaced every fan in there, and now it is quiet as a dog whistle.

There is also nothing to help with cable management in this case. Most people feed their cables through the back and bring them back in, while zip tying the remainder in the back. There is no where to feed the cables through once you get them back there, there is also NOWHERE to zip tie any of the cables in the back. The whole thing is just a disaster. Would be much better with more cable management options, considering this is a "Show-off" case. Unfortunately, it's extremely poor quality.

Other Thoughts: I purchase this case for $69.00, mainly for it's design and LED lights. The green cathode broke the first day I had it. I had to splice some wires to get it working again. I guess the price really was "too good" to be true in my case, once again.

I'll be purchasing a new case, with better cable management options, that is a higher quality package overall. This thing is cheap flimsy, fans suck, LED lights are "OK", aside from the cathode, which was awful.

Get something else if you can, unless you want to replace nearly everything and have horrible cable management options.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case, worth the $70 I paid

Pros: -Plenty of space to work in
-Cool looking design
-Plenty of airflow
-Tool-free kit that actually works and is 100% safe & sturdy
(normally I hate no-tool cases, but this one does it right)
-Small box under the HDD bay is neat for storing spare parts

Cons: -Does feel cheap in the plastic (part of one of the legs broke- my fault for putting weight on it dragging it out of its box) and the door covering the disc drives & power buttons can sometimes come off fairly easy if you rip it open just right, but can be put back on easily.

-Side lock doesn't work. Can lock it, but a mild pull will open the side anyway

Other Thoughts: -I threw out the fans that came with it. I was planning on using my red antec/thermaltake case fans from the start.
-I never used the cathode light. Didn't fit my red color scheme

The cons aren't that big of a deal. I love this case! Looks awesome in the dark!

Shame it's out of stock...

5 out of 5 eggsSatisfied

Pros: Love the lights
Love the black sleek look
Love the glass panel
Love that it's big

Cons: The front cold cathode light died after a month.

Other Thoughts: So one of the cons that was an issue for me was that the front ports for the audio and mic were not working. I was getting so frustrated and thought that they were broken. Read the reviews on the site and saw that people had the same problem. However, I felt there had to be a way to fix it and there is. The ports are disabled in RealTek HD Manager and you have to go in and manual enable them. There is a little yellow folder at the top right. Click it and then check the "disable front jack detection" that will darken the front panel ports. From there go to advance settings and check the last option in each category. And your ports will work.

5 out of 5 eggsGood air flow & room to grow

Pros: I got big hands, I need a big case to work in. This thing is huge! Plenty of room for most major cpu heat sinks. The tool-less constructions makes swapping out components much easier than usual. There is ample room for cables; a plus when it comes to keeping things cool in there. The top-mounted USB ports and headphone jacks make it easier to use such devices. Air flow is above par, keeping hard drives and video card quite cool. The top fan makes it difficult to put stuff on top of it, but then again, it's a computer, not a nightstand.

The window design, with the fan grills, gives it a decent top-gaming-rig feel without the top rig price. The Decepticon-style design on the front gives it that much more of a geek boost. The blue 80mm fans and green cathode light effect are nice touches, and are easy to switch out, of course.

Cons: The only real con I have is, like I said above, plenty of room for *most* major heat sinks. The inside width of about 8 inches is a lot of room, but if you have a cooler more than 175mm, there might be a bit of a squeeze.

There is room for a 120mm fan in the front near the hard drive bay, but the fan is not included. Not a con, really, more of a nitpick.

Other Thoughts: I got one a few years ago for my first attempt at a gaming rig. It has served me faithfully. I just got another one for a living room media center build. Sunbeam always has interesting cases, in my opinion, and the Transformer is simply stellar.

5 out of 5 eggsCool, Loud, Beautiful, and easy to work on

Pros: Incredibly cool case... you can feel the airflow that this baby pushes. Every vent has a fan effect that if aimed properly can even cool you off after it runs through the system ;). Looks great, although I dislike the white on the front... don't know who thought of that, but I repainted the white part at the bottom of the front silver to match the rest of the color scheme. Easy to work on, biggest thing that made it a little tough to work on is that there are two fans on the side panel to plug in or unplug when taking off/putting on the side panel. Can't complain though because that's what gives the case its impressive airflow.

Cons: This case is LOUD. Idling, this case will overpower a small set of desktop speakers easily if they aren't turned up. All the fans on the case are small and run at high RPM's, hence creating great airflow, but a lot of noise. I almost wanted to dock a star for the loudness, and the lack of a hard drive cooling fan (there is space for one, but its not there..... come on now, its not that tough to add a hard drive cooling fan and charge an extra $5 i would have gladly paid for a hard drive fan). The case has such good airflow and the other fans pull enough air that the drives manage to stay cooled (and unless you use the system as a server it wouldn't generally need that much hard drive cooling anyway) but i feel that's a lacking feature in the design. Also, as stated above, the white grill at the bottom of the front just DOES NOT match the color scheme and detracts from the beauty of the system.

5 out of 5 eggsNice case

Pros: plenty of room for airflow.
The Green light that comes with it compliments the case very well.
Love its design and lighting
Toolless installation

Cons: Little on the loud side with the stock case fans.
The instructions for the case are inadequate for beginners.

Other Thoughts: SO far it is my first day owning it. I thought I would give it my review anyway. Overall I like the case very much.

Oh I saw a review where somebody stood up the case and his graphics card fell down taking out everything including the mobo. Since it is toolless and no bolt for securing Graphics card, make sure that securing latch snaps and holds the graphics card before standing the case up.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: - Tons of room
- Comes with three fans (3x 80mm, 1x 120mm)
- Green Cathode
- Nice tool box, holds the "tool less" adapters for the 5.25 & 3.5 bays
- Easy to work inside of, no rough edges, no places to get cut on.
- Front cover feels pretty sturdy
- All the LED's are very bright
- In the front there is a slot for a 120mm fan, it does require a little bit of work to access it, but its positioning is perfect to keep your HDD(s) cool
- Ability to lock the side cover with included keys
- Fold out feel for increased stability
- Tool less design works pretty good

Cons: - Fans are LOUD for my taste, I would suggest purchasing a fan controller in order to keep the noise level down.
- Tool box is nice, however it does take up 2-3 3.5 drive slots
- Fans do feel like they are slightly on the cheap end of things, I am unsure how long they will last so far so good.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this case for a friend they do not mind the noise from the fan's I however, cannot stand it. During the night you can hear them running if you are a light sleeper then this may be an issue, otherwise disregard the review of the fans. The case in general for the price point I feel its perfect, keeps the machine cool, plenty of room for expansion, nice neat tool box, and the tool less design seems to work pretty well. It is very bright, which it nice depending on who you are, and the fans do feel like they push a ton of air, which is nice as well. In order to access the front 120mm fan slot just pop off the front cover and there it is. It has a slot cut out for the fan and it slides right in.
