5 out of 5 eggsGreat case!

Pros: -Great looking
-Well designed
-parts fit together well, ease of componant installation

Cons: -Installing drives on the front disrupts the sleek look of the case

Other Thoughts: This is one of the best designed cases I've ever bought. It's sturdy and looks nice. I use it as a home theater pc, so it's quite visible and I wasn't looking for a traveling lan party gamer rig so this fit the bill of a low visual impact pc case and it's quiet.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Looks great, amazing build quality, cheap price, USB 3.0, good cable managment

Cons: The USB 3.0 cable doesn't sit tight in the port on the motherboard, could be my motherboard but not a big problem.

Other Thoughts: I used this for my first computer build, it's amazing compared to the old Dell cases I used to have.

5 out of 5 eggsA very good looking case!

Pros: -This is a very good looking case. I could not stop staring at this case when I got it.
-USB 3.0 on the front panel.
-Roomy inside the case.
-Comes with a 5.25 to 3.5/2.5 adapter.
-Soft matte finish.
-Plenty of fan mounting points. (2 on the top, 2 on the front, 1 on the bottom, 1 on the rear, and 1 on the 5.25 to 3.5/2.5 adapter.)
-Plenty of thumbscrews.

Cons: -Manual is not helpful... at all.
-Side panel is a bit flimsy.
-Dust filters are not the best.
-Non-windowed is not tool-less but does make up for it by using thumbscrews instead.

Other Thoughts: I did not purchase this case through Newegg.
Overall a good case that is both spacious and pretty, but needs work on the manual that comes with it and sturdiness.

1 out of 5 eggsNonexistent customer support!

Pros: Cannot assess

Cons: Broken front panel, damaged internal to box; Absolutely non-existent customer service!

Other Thoughts: Buy the case, and have it for 2-months before opening the box. No reason to inspect, as the box is in perfect shape. Open box, only to find broken front bezel, and many plastic pieces inside. Damaged must have happened at the factory, as it arrived in non-damaged box. Attempt to contact Bitfenix. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER. Nowhere to be found! Send email via their tech-support web-site. NO RESPONSE. Google around, and many others complain about this lack of customer support. People have to resort to Bitfenix forums for help out of desperation, only to be berated that they should contact tech support, who doesn't respond. I have liked their products in the past, but they are dead to me now. To many other companies out there that stand behind what the sell. Just ask Corsair, they know how to treat customers!

4 out of 5 eggsI didn't realize that I would like it

Pros: I barely looked at the specs and the reviews of this case. When I got the case, I thought nothing of it. When I opened up the box, I was like, "I love this. Why didn't I used this for my main PC." 1) I love the plastic that they use on the top. It isn't plastic that makes you thing it's aluminium and not plastic. It doesn't trick you on that. 2) The case comes nicely apart with extra screws for your wondrous pieces to fit together. 3) The case felt intuitive to put all my hardware in (maybe I just spend too much time building and not much using).

Cons: The only con is that screwing on the standoffs for the motherboard was a pain. There wasn't much documentation for installing the motherboard in the case. The case does not come with easy handles for mobile carrying. Certain screws will not screw into the standoff.

My main complaint is that it doesn't have the best documentation. Otherwise, I'm still in love with bitfenix (even if their hardware might be more expensive in terms of price point to features).

Very basic included fan. I would like to see a 4-pin fan for exhaust rather than 3-pin but what can you expect?

Other Thoughts: Have fun with this chassis.

4 out of 5 eggsBeautiful but installation is annoying

Pros: -Wonderful looking case. Looks even nicer in person.
-BitFenix SofTouch surface treatment makes the front and top feel soft and smooth, almost velvety. Useless, but cool.
-Plenty of front USB for my needs.
-Spacious with lots of fan mounting points.
-In installed two more fans of the same model included with this case (BitFenix Spectre) and it's whisper quiet while getting decent airflow.

Cons: -You're sacrificing a bit of functionality for the beauty. Hence, the drive bays are the traditional type, which is rather unheard of at this price point.
-Front airflow is a bit sketchy. It's inhaling from two arrays of tiny vents behind the mesh strips on the front and additionally from an intake underneath the front bezel. It breathes in, sure, and my temps are fine, but it's something to be aware of.
-Bottom dust filters are the worst I've seen. They're loosely hanging from the bottom of the case from weird clip things. I never move my computer but if I did they would fall off readily and I live in a very dusty house.
-I ran out of cable management tie-down points quickly. My CM job ended up looking kind of shoddy.
-MASSIVE nitpick, I know, but the power LED is horribly bright. I'd disconnect it but my new rig is so quiet I'd forget it's on.

Other Thoughts: It's a good buy for the price, but I wonder if I'd have gotten a better deal with a 200 model of a popular pirate brand.

3 out of 5 eggsHard drive trays suck

Pros: Large case for cheap
Plenty of room for install. No banged knuckles

Cons: Get what you pay for.
Hard drive trays do not stay on their rails and fall causing hard drives to make noise and over heat.
Fan power connectors are short, buy an extender to reach most hard drive power connectors.

Other Thoughts: If you only have 1 drive this is a good case, just put the drive in the lowest bay

5 out of 5 eggsStunning case

Pros: Smooth

Sturdy

Cons: At this price?

Other Thoughts: this is a gorgeous case. You can even buy a fold down optical drive cover, so it blends in all nice and the likes.

5 out of 5 eggsOh Em Gee

Pros: Amazing build quality.
Sturdy side panels.
Top mounted USBs and power button.
Plenty of room for 120mm fans.
Filters for 2 front fans 1 for PSU and 1 for additional fan on the bottom.
Amazing powder coating.
Plenty of room for, well anything.

Cons: I really only have 1 con for this case. Why is there no tool less design for the non-windowed shinobi? But they do supply many thumbscrews for mounting your HDDs and such.

Oh and also no case speaker. Which isnt a big deal.

Other Thoughts: I bought this non-windowed shinobi for my home hosting game server. After going over it today I will be purchasing 2 more, windowed, shinobis. One in white and the other in black for my GFs new rig and to replace my current NZXT Phantom.

Amazing case. I will be recommending this case to anyone looking for a case.

3 out of 5 eggsHam n Cheese

Pros: Decent looking
Easy Installations
USB3.0 to mb connections (no passthrough)
Awesome cable management possibilities.

Cons: Wire labeling with no directions for front panel connections
Cheapest dust filters I've seen to date on a case
Front panel wires are too short to make a neat cable management run, especially the front audio connector.

Other Thoughts: What THE FOOK were they thinking with those dust filters? Did they go to Lowe's and pick up some screening material and let their kids loose on them with a scissor? They fell off a good 5X before I decided to remove them until I am set to never move the machine again.

Here in the good ol' US we use + for positive and - for negative. Hell, give me some wire colors that follow our standards and I can live with it but 2 black wires with a triangle? I guess that's positive? Let me consult the directions, OHHHH WAIT.

the cable management possibliities are excellent on this board as well as airflow but the front panel connectors are on the top of the board(a pro in my booK). In placing the the usb and switch up there, they didnt compensate for the ectra distance the wire has to travel especially the front audio connection that usually resides on the bottom left corner of the mb. The usb wires were also short.
